Short walk to ocean with peek a boo view from master balcony. This awesome townhouse in Ocean Club I is the perfect vacation destination. Great amenity is an attached single car garage with additional storage space for bikes & beach toys. Full Size washer/dryer in garage. Updates include new sofas in living area & kitchen appliances. New laminated tile living area, stairs and entire upstairs bedrooms & foyer. Ceramic tiled kitchen. Master host king bed and balcony view of ocean. Guest has queen & full beds with balcony view of courtyard pool. Patio and balcony have views of courtyard pools and short walk to beach. Wonderful vacation rental.
(Parents/grandparents check out the children splash park "St. John's County Pier Park" right at the beach/ocean on Beach Blvd.)

Great place for our family vacation

This place had everything we could ask for. 4 min walk to the beach. Close at all the stores we needed. So much to do in the area. Our family had a great time.

Great rental close to the beach

This is a great townhouse that has views both to the beach (visible a little bit on the left) and to the pool/courtyard. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation..

Summer vacation

Great place to stay within a short walking distance to the beach. Place had everything we needed for a week away. Beds were very comfortable which is always a huge plus to me. It was very convenient to be able to park in the garage. Would stay here again.

Family Beach Rental in friendly condo complex

Couldn’t be happier with this beach rental: short walk to beach (chairs, buggy, towels provided), great garage space, super friendly neighbors, nice balcony facing beach (can hear the water/waves at night) a pool to cool off, great restaurants in the area, and a beautiful beach that we enjoyed all hours of the day. Would stay again!

Great location

We were very happy! The unit was close to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy and not too far from downtown. The unit had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect getaway

Came to St Augustine to visit family. My aunt lives in an Ocean Club condo so I was so happy they had one available. I loved this rental so much. It had everything we needed. The pool was clean and empty everyday. The beach right down the street was amazing. The whole place felt like a home away from home. Would definitely rent again!

Great location for beach lovers

We had a great time staying at this location. We could easily walk to the beach in the evenings. During the day we would drive on the beach to setup for a long day at the beach. The house is not large and the kitchen and bath are a little dated but not bad at all. There was plenty of seating for the five of us to sit back and relax. The garage allowed us to bring bikes, fishing gear and a lot of beach items. There is a hose right at the front door that allowed us to rinse off ourselves or our gear before entering. Parking is limited to two vehicles one in the garage and one in a parking spot. If the facility is full you may have to park a ways from your unit but it wasn’t every night. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Fun area

Good and bad. Condo was filthy. Spent my whole first day cleaning and sanitizing. Hair on bathroom floors ,baseboards and walls dirty. Condo was dated in need of updates. Upstairs carpet very dirty. Complained to management. They said they would send a carpet cleaner but it didn’t happen. Our sheets on the master bed were worn and dated. New sheets were supplied. Good king bed, very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood is nice and close to the beach. Other residence were friendly and fun. Overall we had a good time.
