This beautifully updated beachfront townhome sits on the peaceful west end of Panama City Beach, offering a rare combination of direct beach access, a private garage, and an onsite Gulf-front pool, all without the crowded, high-priced chaos of the main strip.
With 3 bedrooms (including a bonus bunk room perfect for kids), 2 full bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests, this home is built for families and groups who want to do vacation the right way. Every room has been thoughtfully designed with a coastal getaway feel, and two private balcony patios give you front-row seats to some of the most spectacular sunsets on the Gulf Coast.

Everything was great. Clean. Access to the beach. Only trying was construction next door was all day long. Started early morning with the beating and banging. Then the maintenance crew worked on the deck and closed it off by putting tape on the door going outside to the deck. You do need a large umbrella for the outside table. Could not sleep in a relax do to construction and men on the deck.

I enjoyed my stay at The Shores. I've stayed there for several years. I was a little disappointed to se how much the rates had gone up since last year.

We enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of comments for improvement. The downstairs bathroom tub was slippery. Some type of tub surface slip guard strips. The main level deck needs a carpet or something on surface for the heat. It is SO hot.This has nothing to do with our unit but unit 110 had a crack in the parking garage that was bubbling water. May need some attention. We enjoyed the view & the quiet surroundingsThank You

Home away from home

The condo was beautiful inside, has pretty much everything you need. Gorgeous views of the beach and ocean!! We loved that we didn’t have to walk far at all to get on the beach it’s literally right outside the door! Sitting on the deck was one of our favorite things to do in the evening and take in the beautiful sunset. The water hookup outside the unit to rinse off the sand didn’t appear to be working to rinse extra sand off before heading upstairs, but at least the one right off the beach was working. We will definitely be staying here again!

So glad you had a 5 star getaway. The great thing about The Shores is how close the beach is and how nice the pool is. The balcony seating is just very nice. We'll check on the water hookup outside the unit. Not sure why it didn't work. But we'll address the befroe the next guests.

Short walk

Great place to stay. Just a few things wrong. Door handle was broken that leads from the garage to the beach. Light over kitchen table didn’t work. AC was not working when we got there and after hours people have wrong instructions on how to fix it so the first night was a hot one. I saw a few ants also but other than that it was a great place to stay and a short walk to the beach!

Amazing Beach Front Townhome

We loved this place! It was me, my husband and two grown children. We have been coming to Panama City Beach for 26 years now and this is our favorite place! The location is amazing, very private western part of beach. Very few people compared to the middle of Panama City Beach and right on the beach! The townhome was set up perfectly for us. It was updated very well, really beachy. We had plenty of room upstairs for us and our children had plenty of room downstairs for them. We would eat outside on the balcony and enjoy the amazing view. We were even allowed to check in early which never happens. We were so appreciative of that! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!

About everything that could go wrong, IT Did

Door code wrong, water leak, heat issue, and not their problem but complete renovation of unit next door. Almost two weeks of hammering and drilling to the extent it was almost impossible to communicate. This was the least enjoyable 5 week trip in the last 30 years going to this area.

Neal, while we appreciate guest feedback on any issues they have during their stay, I would like to acknowledge a few things that I think you may have forgotten to mention. Immediately, upon hearing about the very minor leak in the hallway, we contacted our owner who had someone scheduled within 2 days to correct this and we brought over additional towels to leave while the leak was active. The door code, I have no notes so I am assuming that it was fixed immediately as well. You also forget to mention that our owner sent over a sweet gift to hopefully make up for some of the inconvenience you experienced. We understand that there was some reno going on next door. Most owners/companies wait until November when things slow down in order to disturb as least amount as possible, but some repairs are necessary and must be done. We do hope despite these minor things mentioned, that you were able to enjoy most of your stay, the areas and the views.

Sauna Suite

The AC unit was not working. They had 2 portable cooling units (one upstairs and one downstairs) that got the temperature at best 78 degrees in the daytime and 76 at night. Needless to say it was warm and uncomfortable inside. The deadbolt and the storm door locks on the door to the deck were inoperable. The rate charged for this unit was way overvalued due to the fact that we were unable to stay inside the unit at any point and be comfortable. I also placed a call to maintenance and never received a return call.

Nice stay, but be sure to check status of AC before booking!

The Good: Fantastic location directly on the beach. There is a basic pool at the complex which was very clean, but we spent all of our time on the beach. The interior of the house was clean and pleasantly furnished. The Not So Good; The AC was not working. They had placed 3 portable units in the living area and two bedrooms. They were so loud so it was difficult to hear the tv in the living room. It also blew hot air onto the deck. It’s May so the interior temperature wasn’t so bad, but would have been UNBEARABLE had it been any warmer. There was a leak coming through the pantry ceiling from the broken system. The complex is under renovation. Workers were wandering about constantly and several times were up on our deck for reasons unknown. Although the unit itself was nice, the garage/carport area was a mess when we arrived. The grill was covered in dirt/dust and the outdoor furniture and toys were thrown about. One of the double doors to the storage closet was off the hinges and leaning against the wall, partially blocking the closet. Initially concerned, we were relieved when we saw the interior of the unit was clean and tidy. Not a good way to greet guests. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work and there were no ice cube trays. The kitchen was otherwise pretty well equipped. A handful of Keurig pods would have been nice and/or a mesh filter for the drip coffee maker. We couldn’t find the exterior trash bins and there were no instructions anywhere.

***AC HASN'T WORKED SINCE MAY***

Management called me the day before check-in to tell me that the AC isn't working, that it was supposed to be fixed before we got there but that the part ordered did not come in. She told me that there were 3 portable units installed and that the temperature registered 72 degrees. That seemed reasonable and we continued to plan our trip for the next day. It was not 72 degrees. Each unit was SET to 72. Immediate temperature registered on the portable units was 81 degrees. This was with three box fans also blowing. It was so loud and hot we could not relax and watch TV together. I called management to see how they would make it right. I got a response via text telling me my only option was to leave and get refunded for the nights we did not stay. I requested a phone call 5 times via voice mail, email, and text message. Still "waiting" to get a call. Location 10/10 Space 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Comfort 1/10 It doesn't matter how nice a condo is if the AC isn't working in mid June. It's a turd in the punch bowl. My biggest issues include: 1. They have known there is a problem with the AC since May as evidenced by the last review. 2. They lied when they said the unit was 72 degrees and that the previous tenants didn't seem to have a problem with it. 3. They refuse to engage with me on an adult level by giving me the courtesy of a phone call. I think it is evident that the owner is willing to invest in portable AC units instead of working central air.

However, we recognized the need for an upgrade and have since replaced the entire HVAC system to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests moving forward. Very nice. Responses from maintenance is very quick. The condo is literally at the path to the beach. Perfect view from 2nd story balcony

Perfect family spot

The condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for grandparents, parents, and kids! Loved the location as well, beach wasn't too crowded.
