Welcome to "Harbor View", Your escape to tranquility, located in the exclusive Moorings community. Harbor views right from your patio and sunrise views from our beach which is just a short 6-7 minute walk. Enjoy a swim in the heated pool or at the private community beach. This 1st floor condo includes high speed internet and cable TV. Vero Beach has so much to offer, great restaurants, beaches, museums, wild life, kayaking and fishing are just some of the activities waiting for you. Great Vero Beach Condo

Perfect pet friendly condo for a couple or small family. Great location and gorgeous beach access. Pristine with an extremely responsive owner. This is our second time and we will be back!

Great Stay in Vero Beach

Lovely, well kept condo in a great location-perfect for a couple or small family. Easy to get to everything that makes Vero Beach a wonderful vacation spot. Beach access was very convenient and beach was beautiful.

Amazing place

Beautiful condo. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to the beach; 2-3 minute drive and there are lots of free parking available. Communication with Karen was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend!

Perfect Residential Location with Private Beach

The condo is fully updated with very nice bathrooms and kitchen. All of the rooms are very nice. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. The condo has a large coffee pot. In addition, there's a new Keurig coffee machine. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, which is a plus. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking and riding bicycles. The condo is walking distance to the beach. The views of the marina and harbor are amazing. The location of the condo is in a neighborhood called The Moorings, which has very wide streets that are lined with beautiful homes, townhomes, and condominiums.

Exceeded Expectations

Our family, 4 adults, throughly enjoyed our stay at this super cute condo with a gorgeous river cove view! Plenty of room for us and very well kept condo. Lots of extra amenities and the place was fully stocked with all the necessities. 3 awesome bikes were available to us for a short ride to the beach. Loved sunrises & sunsets! Awesome pool on site and condo porch is an extra bonus, like an additional room. Host is extremely helpful & easy to get a hold of! OH! And the bath towels were so nice! Thick and big ones! See, I told you .... all the perks on this one! We will be back!

Quick trip to Vero

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The patio was perfect for happy hour. The owner was extremely easy to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was going well.

Fabulous month in Vero!

We had a fabulous time in Vero! Karen was really helpful throughout our stay. The condo is equipped beautifully and the location is fantastic. I only wish is that we could rent it again next year!

South Beach Vero A++

We had an amazing stay this year. The entire process from securing this condo online to checking in was flawless. The condo is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, comfortable and conveniently located for a variety of activities. We would definitely rent again in the future should the schedule be open.

Million dollar view

This is a great location for relaxing and enjoying all the Vero Beach area has to offer. The Moorings is an outstanding community of homes and condos/townhomes on both the Indian River and the Atlantic. This condo is only a .5 mile walk to the beach access (or you can drive) and Round Island Park is a little over a mile to the south with beach and river access and trails. The pool is a very short distance away, heated, and nearly always empty. The condo itself is extremely clean, well provisioned with excellent wifi and climate controls. The view from the covered porch of the marina is wonderful, you are right on the water among some huge (million dollar) yachts. We had a great two weeks and could have stayed longer.

Vero Beach-Quiet part of the island

This is an end unit and overlooks the small marina that leads out to the intercoastal. It was a nice, quiet grouping of condos and a 5 min. walk to a very private beach. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need-even boogy boards and a cooler for the beach. It was very clean and beds were comfy.It is small but would work for four people. We had a great time!

Great Vero Beach Getaway

Nice condo in a great location. Very close to the beach. Karen could not be a better Property Manager!! We loved the waterfront views and proximity to Vero Beach fun.

Exceeded our Expectations

This was an amazing property, and we had a wonderful trip. Karen was so helpful. She was quick to respond, provided thorough instructions and information, and was a pleasure to work with. The condo was a quiet, comfortable, decorated well, and was stocked with everything we needed. It was one of the best trips we’ve had and would love to stay here again.

The perfect getaway

Karen was a wonderful host. Her condo is perfect in every way. The best part about it was the comfort and location. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay again! It was very relaxing. Spending time with my family was the best part. Having a relaxing spot to relax made the trip a success.

All you need in Vero

The condo is new to the owner Karen and she did her best to make everything right for our stay. For two people, it was plenty of space to be together, but also to work or make business calls with privacy. The tips and extra info Karen provided were appreciated and she always responded promptly with any questions we had before or during our stay. The kitchen had all we needed to make delicious meals. I would only suggest a few all-clad non-stick pans, a couple of bigger coffee mugs and a wine stopper. We look forward to seeing the upgrades and renovations Karen plans on doing but for us, it was just what we needed.

I was born and raised in Michigan. I lived in Vero Beach for 5 years and My dream to own a place here once again came true. This time on the river and near the beach!! I also lived in the Cayman Islands for 5 years and love to travel to different parts of the world but Vero Beach is my peaceful place. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!

Newly remodeled. HarborView is Just a few miles away from Central and South Beach Vero. Close enough to bike ride there to have lunch or shopping but far enough away to enjoy quiet time for relaxation. The Moorings development is perfect for long walks and bike rides. I enjoy seeing all the beautiful surroundings of the different developments with in the Moorings. Round Island is a short bike ride a way and perfect location to launch a Kayak (orchid island bikes and kayaks 772-299-1286).

Last spring we saw Manatees every day and dolphins a few times right here in our harbor. Because we are located on the harbor and so close to the ocean we get a very nice breeze.
