It is in the prestigious Gray d’Albion residence that you will discover this stunning apartment. You are ideally located in the heart of Cannes, few steps away from the Croisette, from the Majestic hotel and from the convention centre.
The apartment welcomes you on the 4th floor in an elegant and refined décor. As soon as you enter the flat, you feel good. The property is bathed with light.
The living-room opens onto a generous 40sqm terrace overlooking the sea.
Furnished with taste, you will be able to relax while enjoying the sun or welcome your guests or your business meetings during the festivals.
Next to the living-room is the fully equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms are at your disposal. Both have double beds and bathrooms (with toilets)
This high standard accommodation is chic and comfortable but it is overall very pleasant to leave in. All the rooms have a direct access on a terrace which is amazing to enjoy the great weather on the Côte d’Azur. And the apartment is just ideally located for a successful stay in Cannes.
