Very luxurious 2 bedroom sea-view condo. Newly remodeled. All new furnishings.

Beautiful two-bedroom apartment situated in the south area of Cozumel Island. This property is inside Palmar Condos, a modern complex with great amenities including a tennis court, pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and security. Amuse yourself watching the world-famous Cozumel Sunsets from the spacious balcony.

Palmar Condos is one of the newest developments on the island, all the apartments are facing toward the sea for enjoying the view. Among its amenities, it has a big pool, hot tube, gym, clubhouse and tennis court.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of this 8 floor building. It has two big bedrooms, the main one with a King Size bed, TV, full bathroom and a cozy private balcony. The second room has two twins beds which together made a king-size bed, this bedroom has its own full bathroom. The kitchen, living and a dining room share a big open area facing the ocean. Kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee machine, blender, toaster...) all American supplies. Dining room is comfortable for 6 people.
The living room has a Smart TV with American channels.

The balcony is huge, perfect for a glass of wine while you enjoy the sunset. It has a Weber grill.

Palmar is a Family Complex, this is why we have a No Party policy and we suggest keeping the noise down after 9 pm.

We have 24-hour security guards taking care of the common areas.

We do deep cleaning and provide maid service once a week during your stay. We proudly say that our housekeeper Martina is a professional worker.

Martina cleans only ONE condo per day in order to decrease contact among building guests. We will do our best to leave a day between guests whenever possible.

If we have guests arriving your check-out day we will kindly ask you to adhere to our check-out time at 10:30 am, otherwise you will be welcome to leave at 12:00 pm. In case you need to stay longer let us know, we charge a fee for a late check-out.

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

Incredible Property

We came down for a week of scuba diving. This property was incredible. SUPER clean, great location, very close to the docks for the scuba trips and beautiful views off the back porch. We'd stay there again for sure.

Paradise in Cozumel

We loved EVERYTHING about this place. It was clean and well maintained. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and very helpful. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds were always being worked on. The security was fantastic.

Another great stay

We always love staying at Palmar. We have stayed in several units. All are great. My only complaint this time with 5C was the master bed is very noisy and could use some new pillows. Love the place and staff are awesome!

Vacationing with Toddler

Condo is in a great location and clean. No bathtubs which can be problematic for young kids but we brought our portable one and it worked out great. Showers are terrific with excellent water pressure. Pool and balcony is amazing too. Not a lot of very young children but there were families there. We liked the fact that drinkable water was in the condo and filtered. Snacks waiting for us with wine was very thoughtful. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again soon!

Awesome home away from home.

Perfect vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in 5C. The condominium was beautiful, clean and had everything you could need. We have been spending a week in Cozumel each year, since 2016 and while we’ve stayed in another unit at Palmar before, the communication with Victoria and Chris has been great. They were quick to respond and had everything ready for our arrival right down to snacks an beverages to get us started. We are already planning our 2024 trip and we will stay here again.

Palmar 5C

We came to Cozumel for a week of scuba diving. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The location was great, it was across the street from the pier that out dive op could pick us up from each morning. The complex was very quiet and all the employees who worked there were so friendly. The condo itself was spotless and the hosts even included some snacks and drinks when we checked in. We will definitely stay here on our future trips to Cozumel.

Great location, easy parking, friendly staff

Palmar condos is our go to place to stay in Cozumel. This was our first time in this unit. The view is great, being on the 5th floor gets you above the palm trees for some great ocean views. The bed was comfortable and unit was clean. We didn't cook, eat or hangout in the condo so can't comment to much on that but the kitchen appeared well stocked if you were to do that. There were plenty of beach towels and other amenities we did use and appreciated. The only thing that would make us feel safer would be a chain or slide lock on the door that could be used when you are in the unit. We had a couple of request of the owner and he immediately responded. We look forward to our return.

Perfect place in Paradise

This condo is beautiful! Crystal clean and filtered water to drink so bring your reusable water bottles. Victoria and Chris were great to work with, immediate responses to all questions asked. Fun to watch the cruise ships come in and out of port. We had an amazing trip snorkeling and fishing the beautiful blue waters of Cozumel! Thank you!

Awesome!

The condo was amazing - even better than the pictures. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The location has several nearby restaurants and is across the street of a pier for scuba diving pickups. More food options are in downtown which is a quick taxi ride away.

Exceptional space

The condo was perfectly clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything, from picture perfect view to the comfortable furnishings to in unit laundry made our stay very comfortable even during hurricane Grace. With exception of a power outage that was no fault of the building we couldn’t have had a better experience.

This property has al the amenities needed; pool, workout facility, beach view, easy access to diving and town. Perfect location

I spent 20 beautiful days at Palmar Condos, it is close to everything. We rented a car, but walked everyday to town also. Swimming pool is huge, a bit warm for me, but very nice and the ocean just across the street - best snorkeling in town. The condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. Chris and Victoria are very helpful, recommended great places to eat and hang out at the beach. Buccano's is a must! Can't wait to go back! I miss it already and just got home yesterday!

Hidden Gem

This condo was beautiful and very well equipped with every modern thing you need. AC worked top notch, fans on patio were wonderful to move the air around. Master bed super comfy. Had all towels one could need. Housekeeping did fabulous job. Communication was spot on replied to inquiries in reasonable time and easy to work with. Felt very safe; all staff friendly.
