This spacious, beautifully appointed second floor condo is located on a sandy beach just 15 minutes south of San Miguel town. We are in a family-friendly, peaceful, safe complex of 13 units. We have set this condo up as a comfortable home away from home and have not skimped on the amenities. We have comfy beds, beach and bath towels, ROKU TV, free WiFi, AC, gas grill, hammock and much more. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities!

Our condo is ideally situated so that you are close to town, diving, snorkeling and everything you might need, but far enough away from the crowds and traffic of downtown. You are conveniently close to beach clubs, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and many attractions, including nearby Chankanaab National Marine Park and Cozumel’s famous, majestic coral reefs. The airport is about 15 minutes away. Most guests rent a car to explore the island, but taxis are widely available. There is free parking in our parking lot.

Shortly after you arrive, you will be met in person by our professional bilingual property manager, who will welcome you to your new home away from home and give you a familiarization tour of the condo and complex. He will also be available throughout your stay to help make your vacation perfect.

We provide daily maid service so that all you need to do is relax and enjoy your vacation. Our reliable and trustworthy housekeeper will come to the condo every day except for Sunday to clean the kitchen, wash the dishes, make the beds, clean the floors, and make sure towels are clean.

Begin your day on the balcony with a fresh cup of coffee, bask in the warm tropical breezes and take in the breathtaking ocean views. Ready to relax? Spend time with a good book in the hammock. Watch the cruise ships and dive boats glide by. Take a dip in the sparkling pool or soak up the sun on poolside loungers. Walk a few steps more and spend the day lounging on our beach. The beach clubs (typically open daily from 8 AM to 5 PM) next door can provide you with delicious meals, snacks and cold tropical drinks throughout the day. Arrange for a relaxing massage.

Swim and snorkel directly from our beach in the warm, clear, blue Caribbean waters. Reef shoes are recommended for entry as the shoreline is rocky and coral-lined, which is typical for the west side of the island.

Ready to dive Cozumel’s world-renowned reef system? We are located well within the protected marine park and close to the popular reefs. There are literally hundreds of experienced, reputable, licensed dive operators from which you can select your perfect match. There is also a dive gear rinse tank and shower at our beach, and gear rod with wetsuit hangers on our balcony.

Looking for more adventures, like kayaking, deep-sea fishing, jeep island tours, jet skiing, a day of shopping? Activities like these can easily be arranged!

In the evening, unwind on the balcony, enjoy a cocktail, and watch the spectacular sunset over the water, before setting off for one of Cozumel’s eclectic dining experiences. When total relaxation takes precedence over cooking or dining out, a private chef and meal delivery can also be arranged.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
1. The check out time is 11 AM. This allows our housekeeper adequate time to prepare the condo for the next guests’ arrival. 2. Set the AC units in all rooms to 26° C. 3. Turn off all lights, and
TV and other appliances. 4. Place used towels (bath, beach, kitchen…) in the basket in the laundry room. 5. Check that the front and porch doors are closed and locked, and all windows closed.
6. Leave safe door open in master bedroom. 7. Please leave the condo in the condition as found when you checked-in. 8. Check carefully for all your personal belongings!

Everything was perfect. The hosts were very thorough very prepared with lots of suggestions ranging from how to use, where to go, what to see, where to eat. The property was first class. Clean, well equipped and well maintained. The beach was clean, groomed and the snorkelling great. A wonderful holiday.

This is the best place we've ever stayed. The location is excellent, very close to beautiful places and near the center of the island. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It has a beautiful view, is very clean, and has a cleaning person every day of your stay. It's the first place where we've received thoughtful welcome touches. The hosts think of every detail to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for your next trip to Cozumel.

We had a wonderful stay. From the start, the hosts were very helpful and provided excellent visitor information, including thoughtful recommendations and tips. The property managers were equally responsive and assisted promptly with the couple of questions we had during our stay.The condo itself was very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy dining in. We especially appreciated the proximity to the beach clubs to the south, which offer sandy beaches, food and drinks, and guided snorkeling boat trips.At first, we wondered whether the daily cleanings might be challenging to coordinate with our schedule, but they turned out to be good motivation to get started on our activities for the day and it was a real treat to return to a freshly cleaned condo. One thing to note is that the owners request the air conditioning remain on at all times. While we would have preferred the option to have it off and doors open at times, this was relatively minor.Overall, this property offers an excellent combination of comfort, location, and attentive hospitality. Highly recommended!

A true vacation

One of the most accommodating properties we’ve stayed at. Right on the beach great for snorkeling condo was super clean and cleaned daily , the kitchen had everything you need from juicer to cold mugs in the freezer. Saul was there for every question or helpful info he could give . My family and I will 100% be back, it was a true vacation.

Spacious Condo. Good a/c, well stocked kitchen, convenient laundry room, fluffy towels, excellent closet and storage spaces, plenty of outlets for charging things, helpful on-site property manager, tasty chef cooked meal, good showers - shampoo, conditioner, bar soap supplied. Plenty of beach towels, water bottles, filtered water, even frosty mugs in the freezer. Lovely views. Super responsive owners. An enjoyable stay!

Excellent Communication

Paula and Saul (the property manager) were excellent communicators and answered our questions leading up to the stay promptly. Although there was an electrical issue (that could not be fixed until after our stay) that prevented us from staying in this condo, Paula acted quickly and communicated with me the issue at hand. She arranged, with our approval, another condo in the same complex for us to stay instead which worked out perfectly. We can’t thank her enough for doing that for our group, as most renters would just cancel the stay. We have stayed in the Paradise condo complex twice now in two other condos and love this area. The beach front is nice and a restaurant right next door. Although it did not work out this trip, we will definitely stay at Paula’s place in the future!

Stop booking a cruise and stay in Paradise every day!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The ocean views from the balcony were breathtaking, and every room has sliding glass doors so you're always connected to the sea breeze. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped—we even went to the local supermarket to stock the kitchen, though they offer a grocery service for a fee. I recommend shopping yourself for the authentic experience.The extra third bedroom was a huge bonus—we used it to store all our luggage and keep the rest of the space clutter-free. The beds were very comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus.The condo is located between two beach clubs and just minutes from The Money Bar, where we enjoyed dinner, live music, and oceanfront swimming for the kids. Ely kept the condo clean daily and even washed linens and dishes—her help made the stay feel effortless. Eloy kept the grounds immaculate and was always smiling and kind during our morning chats, even with my limited Spanish. Saul, the maintenance manager, greeted us at check-in, helped with my broken suitcase, and shared local tips we loved.We also rented a car from Rentadora and explored the island—totally worth it. This stay was peaceful, beautiful, and everything we hoped for. We can’t wait to return!

There are so many things to love about this island paradise, and especially our private refuge at Paradise Condominiums. We began our love for Cozumel as snorkelers, then became avid divers, diving all around the world. We found that we always returned to Cozumel as our “go-to” dive destination in the Caribbean.

We have set up this property as a comfortable, resort home get-away for ourselves and are happy to share our remarkable home with you.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We are fortunate to be the new owners of this beautiful condo for so many reasons. We absolutely love that our second-floor condo with its huge wrap around balcony is in a small, peaceful, family-friendly community with a beautiful pool and grounds.

This complex is also uniquely located on a private, natural sandy beach with walk-in access to good snorkeling! We’re happy that it is ideally situated just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown traffic and cruise ship crowds, but close to great restaurants, shopping, beach clubs, and attractions such as Chankanaab National Park.

As divers, we LOVE the convenience of our dive boat picking us up from our beach or Tortugas’ dock next door (check with your dive operator!), the short boat rides to Cozumel’s world class reefs, and the rinse tank and shower by the pool. We can literally watch for our boat’s arrival from our balcony!

We also look forward to watching the spectacular, romantic sunsets from our balcony as a perfect exclamation point to a day in paradise.
