Beautiful longère of 320 m², located in Beaumer, with living room, separate kitchen, 6 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, the other 5 upstairs, each with an adjoining bathroom, large garden with a wooded area, children's play area.

Pleasant house, with rooms of comfortable dimensions, ideal for family gatherings, enjoying both the tranquillity of the garden and the proximity to the beach.



House located in CARNAC, approximately 600 m from the Men Du beach. Shops and services are easily accessible, the rental is 1 km from a supermarket, 2 km from Carnac beach centre, 1200 m from tennis courts and 3 km from La Trinité Sur Mer.



Ground floor:

- Entrance with relaxation area with table football.

- Living room with lounge area, sofa, TV, dining area. Access to a small south-facing terrace, and to a second terrace and garden (outdoor furniture, barbecue).

- Independent and equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table, access to terrace and garden through French doors.

- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed.

- Bathroom with shower, washbasin.

- Separate toilet.

- Garage with additional freezer and refrigerator, washing machine and tumble dryer.



1st floor:

- 1 room with 2 single beds (80 cm) that can be brought together, storage, adjoining bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC).

Idéal pour des familles ou plusieurs couples d'amis Maison confortable (chaque chambre a sa salle de bains), les espaces de vie sont spacieux.Dommage que cette maison ne soit pas mieux entretenue et plus propre.L'agence qui gère cette maison devrait être plus présente physiquement à l'arrivée et au départ.

"Très grande maison calme au bout d'une impasse. Une grande terrasse donne sur le jardin, une plus petite sur le devant de la maison orientée sud. La maison est spacieuse, la cuisine très bien équipée et chaque chambre bénéficie de sa salle de bain. Le jardin est très grand et la maison est idéalement située proche de la plage et entre Carnac et la Trinité. Le baby foot et les livres à disposition sont un vrai atout. La maison est vraiment à recommander pour une ou plusieurs familles avec enfants."
