Inside, Sedona Hummingbird is a newly remodeled, single-level home with 1,913 square feet of bright, open living space and contemporary furnishings. Large windows bring in natural light, and the open great room connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and accommodates up to eight guests.
Located in popular West Sedona, the home is less than a mile from Highway 89A and close to shopping, restaurants, and area hiking and biking trails.

Living Room
The spacious living room features contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Surrounding windows bring in natural light and offer peaceful views.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, equipment, and utensils you'll need to prepare meals and snacks. Bar seating provides a convenient place to gather while cooking or entertaining.
Dining Area
The dining area features a wood table with cushioned seating for six, a cozy sitting area, a Smart TV, and access to the patio.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Primary Suite: Unwind in the king bedroom, which features a Smart TV, dressing area with a stand-up mirror, and direct access to the patio. The en-suite bathroom offers a spacious tile-and-glass shower, dual sinks with stone counters, and lighted mirrors.
Bedroom 2: This comfortable king bedroom includes a Smart TV and private access to the shared bathroom. The bathroom's double sinks and lighted mirrors make it easy to get ready, while the large glass-and-tile shower features four showerheads—two rain and two wall-mounted.
Bedroom 3: This flexible bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV, and access to the shared bathroom. With advance notice, the twin beds can be arranged as a king for a $30 setup fee.

Outdoor Areas
Enjoy the newly landscaped, private backyard. Swim in the saltwater pool, relax in the raised spa, or unwind beside the custom grotto and waterfall. Chaise lounges provide a place to soak up the sun, and the backyard dining table is ready for outdoor meals. Gather around the firepit in the evening, have a cocktail or wine at the private Lizard Lounge bar, or grill your favorites on the gas BBQ.

Pool and Spa Heating
Pool heating is available upon request before arrival for $100 per night. Pool temperature depends on outdoor conditions, so a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed. The spa heats on demand and typically reaches temperature within one hour.
Grotto Safety
For safety, do not climb on or jump from the grotto or spillway. Do not place outdoor furniture on the grotto, raised platform, or spillway.
