Located adjacent to the tennis courts, you'll be within walking or biking distance from the Pier Village, offering unique souvenir shops, delicious restaurants, the stunning lighthouse, and much more. Inside, two comfortable full-size beds and a pull-out sofa bed await. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Plus, you'll be able to take advantage of all the amenities at the property, such as the lake, clubhouse, and pools. Pets are not allowed. Spend your days exploring the nearby attractions and then come home to the perfect spot for relaxation!
Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
