Fit for the King & Queen. This lavishly Furnished 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo features a King in the primary bedroom. Private Master Bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. Guest rooms feature 2 Queen beds in each room. One with a private bath and the other with a bath across the hall. The facility offers indoor pool with child area, outdoor pool, outdoor lazy river, outdoor hot tub, titki bar and exercise room. Fully equipped kitchen to feed your clan or explore the vast bounty of local fare
Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy.

Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on the property.

Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age.

Code to the parking garage and building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Parking in the garage is limited to the 2nd through 4th level. Only high top vehicles that cannot make it up the ramp to the 2nd level are permitted on the ground level. Anyone parking on ground level not in a high top vehicle is subject to be fined and/or towed by the HOA.

Wonderful relaxing vacation

Where we stay matters a great deal when we are on vacation. This unit was fabulous, as were the property managers. We are definitely planning to come back again.

Great Unit!

This property was wonderful for our family. We have stayed at this complex several times and are very happy with its amenities and location. This particular condo was incredibly clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this unit and its host!

Good family getaway!

The water front condo was great for a family of 6. Check in was easy and enjoyed the secured facility. The space was open and comfortable. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The comforters on the beds need to be replaced. Otherwise, I look forward to returning next year and recommend the condo for large families.

Great Experience!

I would highly recommend this property. Though we booked through VRBO, this property is actually managed by SunKiss Rentals in NMB. They were amazing to work with - everything was just as they said it would be. The pictures don't do justice to how nice this property really is. Hope to stay here again soon!

Mar Vista A+

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations at Mar Vista. Most importantly, the room was spotless. Great location and loved the roominess of the balcony area overlooking the ocean. Had some difficulties with the TV and remote control, but we're not the most technical people. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Outstanding Condo.

I highly recommend this property. The overall process was super easy. The parking was excellent. The condo was super clean with everything available that you might need. We had 6 people and there was so much room. The location of this condo is perfect. The pools and hot tubes were top notch. The entire condo smelled so good when we went in. Access to the beach was perfect. :) We will stay again at this location.

Very nice property with outstanding views. Unit was clean and management company was great. We had a minor plumbing issue that was addressed on Thanksgiving, so 5 stars there for sure. Unit is fully stocked for cooking and has nice furnishings. Beds were super firm in some of the bedrooms including the master, which is not a complaint just more of an FYI. Would recommend this unit 100%.

Amazing trip to North Myrtle

Property was very clean. Condo has everything you need to enjoy a carefree trip away from home including ample bath AND beach towels, playing cards, charging station for devices, 3 FULL bathrooms, and even a mega ice maker in the freezer (in case you happen to celebrate National Pina Colada day)… Ric (property manager) made us feel like old friends and was easy to communicate with. The property had indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river and is sitting right in the beach. Tiki Bar staff were awesome and even property employees went above and beyond to help us out. Location is in quieter section of town and very family friendly. Will be back

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal, and the seating on the balcony was comfy and able to accommodate our group of seven. The building is very nice, the pools are wonderful and everything is very clean. We enjoyed the indoor open air pool to escape the afternoon soon and enjoyed playing in the tidal pools on the beach in the evenings. Very close to great restaurants (Buoy’s) and ice cream (Melt). Hosts were quick with communication and let us know that the condo was ready before our check in time. Overall a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend.

Delighted!

We were so pleased with the property. The ease of getting to the pool and the beach was one of the best parts. The condo was very clean and bright. The furniture and lighting are updated from the post on VRBO. As they will communicate to you when your stay approaches, there are a few essentials to get you started. Lots of shopping and dining options near by. And the property managers were very responsive with any inquiry sent along the way. Andrea

Best Trip!

We stayed here for spring break and had the best experience! The suite was beautiful and updated even from the pictures on this site which was a nice surprise! The whole building is very clean and well kept! The kids loved the pool! The master bed is pretty firm so I am happy that I read the comments to bring a mattress topper! Very comfortable with that! The other beds are very nice and did not need any toppers! When we come back to Myrtle Beach we will absolutely be coming back here!

Amazing time at an beautiful property

Our initial impressions of the property was that it was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. The check in process was a breeze and we were able to get in and set up in no time. The condo was well organized and had plenty of room for everyone. The balcony views were amazing and we all, four adults, had plenty of room to be out there at the same time. One thing that was so nice was that the washer and dryer worked excellent. We have stayed at other rentals where this was a not the case. The beds in the double queen rooms were very comfortable however the master bed is very firm which might be nice for some folks but we will make sure to bring a pad with us next time. The soaker bathtubs in both of the bathrooms were kind of high to step over. The master bath is very nice and roomy and included a lighted makeup mirror. The location of the property is fantastic. It is close to shopping, entertainment and dining. The amenities of the property were a lot of fun and were super clean. Having pools both inside and outside was great since some days the weather was not great but we could still swim. We also enjoyed the tiki bar at the pool that served both food and drinks. We had a couple of small issues and we called Ric. He responded quickly and had them resolved the next day. Overall we had a fantastic time staying here and plan to visit again next year.

First timer

This was our first time renting at this building. We typically stay in Cherry Grove so this location was quite a bit busier than normal for us. Beautifully kept building and condo. We greatly enjoyed our stay, the tiki bar, the pools and the beach.

Great Beachside resort

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the beach from our balcony was just what we were looking for. The beach access, pools, hot tub, and lazy river were all enjoyed by everyone in our party.

Beautiful View

This was a perfect Condo with a Beautiful View. The condo was just as the pictures described. The balcony was one of our favorite places to relax and listen to the ocean. Would stay here again!
