You are absolutely right! The Mar Vista Grande is located perfectly - beach, restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Added to this convenience, is a spacious, clean, updated condo with full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We have many repeat guests!

Lovely place with beautiful furnishings. We loved the location but were somewhat disappointed that we were not directly facing the ocean, but had a side view. Very quiet.

Thank you for your 5 star review! Our condo is maintained and updated regularly for us and our guests. We actually find the side view offers so much more than a front view, especially after sunset. You can enjoy the beach, ocean and North Myrtle Beach all at once. And the balcony is better protected from wind, rain and intense sun. Our condo is quiet like you mentioned, having a single private entrance. Thank you again and we will offer a repeat guest discount for your next visit to the beach.

Thank you for your comment but most of our guests prefer the side view and choose it purposely. It includes an excellent view of the ocean, beach and North Myrtle Beach. Instead of looking at an all black vista after sunset, they enjoy the white lights of the city. Also our balcony is more protected, allowing visitors to be outside during inclement weather like wind, rain, etc. If you love a front porch to enjoy watching life and the ocean, it’s perfect!

All our guests have loved the condo, giving it 5 Stars for cleanliness, amenities and decor! The kitchen is completely equipped for cooking at the beach. Beds have name brand mattresses for comfortable sleeping for 10. There are 3 reclining seats in the living room, 2 in the leather sofa and one separate recliner. Our balcony is perfect with 2 chaise loungers and 2 rocking chairs, offering both sun and shade. We agree the unit is “Simply the Best!”

Our family felt this was the best location we have stayed in all our visits to NMB! Perfect space from top to bottom. We cooked in the kitchen, relaxed on the balcony and slept like babies! Our family had an enjoyable and relaxing vacation and we really felt right at home in this condo. It was very meticulous, clean, and had the necessary essentials to start our stay, stress free. The pictures really don’t show off its unique features and charm as you will experience in person. This condo accommodated our family of 9 well with plenty of room to spread out and it very much felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend this without hesitation. The host was passionate, responsive and available as needed. Great get away place in North Myrtle!!

Our condo has a perfect beach location, is the perfect size and has indoor pools/ hot tubs, exercise room to use in iffy weather. North Myrtle Beach is quieter than main Myrtle Beach offering the same wonderful beach feeling, food, and entertainment. All this is available but with less lines and traffic. Mar Vista Grande is a privately owned complex with codes to enter both garage and condo. There is no onsite rental agency - making the building safe, secure, quieter than many others. We love the condo, location and beach. So glad you enjoyed your vacation!

the location and amenities at mar vista are outstanding , when going to the Myrtle beach area , we always try to get a place at Mar Vista. This unit is the nicest one we have stayed in.

Mar Vista Grande is the newest complex directly on the ocean in North Myrtle Beach. The building has all the amenities - pools, hot tubs, lazy river, exercise room, tiki bar and covered attached parking. There are no lines or waiting to check-in. And most important, when you open the door to your vacation unit you can breathe a sigh of relief! You will find a clean, well-maintained, highly stocked condo with soft beach colors for your enjoyment!

This condo was beautiful and clean, in a private, quiet area. Close to so many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony with views of North Myrtle Beach and the ocean. Highly recommend this beautiful beach condo.

We are a retired couple from the north who have vacationed in this area for 35 years. Now we spend our winters and part of the fall in North Myrtle Beach at our beautiful condo. We are the original and only owners of Unit 1403 and are committed to keeping the condo and Mar Vista Grande a premier location for us and our guests.

Mar Vista Grande is a five star resort directly on the ocean with a wide white sandy beach. It has both indoor and outdoor heated pools, 2 large hot tubs, lazy river, Tiki Bar and exercise room. There is an attached 4 level covered parking garage and 4 high speed elevators. It is the newest property in North Myrtle Beach and perfect for a vacation!
