Come and discover our apartment located in the heart of Val-André, 50 meters from the famous sandy beach of Val! This seaside resort is known for its magnificent landscapes, its many leisure activities such as the casino and the cinema; relaxation such as the spa and the swimming pool, or sports such as golf, water sports, cycling and of course the gastronomic pleasures with the discovery of many Breton products made, sins or products of the region. Come and discover these typical Breton shops and taste all its culinary riches through its many choices of restaurants without forgetting our famous pancakes and galettes.
This renovated high-end accommodation, 42 m2, ideal for one or more weeks of vacation, includes a bright bedroom with balcony, a bathroom with washing machine, sparkling toilet, at the bottom right a fully equipped kitchen (+robot+nespresso + coffee maker) then comes a spacious living room with a sofa bed that can be used as a second bedroom with two sliding bay windows opening onto a second balcony which offers a pleasant sea view. You can enjoy your various meals on the terrace with a relaxing view as possible!

The comfort of this apartment due to a quality renovation, and a private outdoor parking, invites you to put down your suitcases to better enjoy the beach and the assets of this charming seaside resort as well as the activities mentioned above to discover many activities for children and teenagers as well as for adults, offered by the municipality for small amounts (from 2 to 8 euros per activity) that you will find at the tourist office about 150 meters from our residence!

From June, wifi is set up included. Beach chairs are provided so don't bother! Two bikes (male and female) can be at your disposal if you want to take a ride on the in the evening at sunset for example!
To make your life easier, sheets are provided as well as towels and dish towels as well as some culinary and household necessities.
However, you can always opt for more comfort by taking the cleaning option (+50 euros).
