The apartment is a stylish comfortable space with a beach bohemian look, perfect for family trips, couples getaway, business trip or just to enjoy a nice quite place with one of the most beautiful sunset view of Puerto Rico directly from the apartment balcony. The complex is just minutes away from restaurant, beaches, entertainment and all you basic needs.

-This beautiful beach bohemian styled apartment consist of a main entrance were you will find a newly decorated entrance. Entering the apartment you will see the first sneak peek of the breathtaking view from the living room which is completely equipped with furniture, TV, Wifi and more. The dinning area has a table for 6 people including the basic amenities needed, also has a magnificent view of the ocean from this area. The kitchen has stove a brand new refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils , microwave and more. Heading to the bedrooms we have one master bedroom with a king size premium mattress a closet with hanger and a complete bathroom. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with full size premium mattress including a working space ( desk with a chair) a closet with hangers. Across the haul you find the second bathroom, in front you will find the laundry room that has a washer and dryer we provide the liquid detergents. Note our apartment has AC through the apartment...BUT WAIT there is more, heading back to the leaving you will find a glass sliding door which it will take you to your personal balcony and experience a breathtaking view of the Caribbean ocean, you will hear the oceans waves throughout your stay.


Stela is located on the second floor ocean front of Victoria del Mar Condominium. The building consists of the main entrance gated where you will access your personal designated parking space.The main entrence to the building has a glass door that will access you to the inside, for your convenience there are two elevators and two stairs ether one will take you to the apartment.

** The apartment doesn’t have direct access to the beach but only 2 minutes away (walking or car) you can find a beautiful beach spot. For your convenience will provide with beach chairs and umbrella.

-IMPORTANT NOTE:
We don’t have direct access to the beach throughout the condominium . There is walking distance beach or if you prefer you can take a quick drive.

-IMPORTANT NOTE:
This apartment doesn't offer a power generator for the inside of the apartment although in common areas such as elevators hallways parking and gates will be powered by a common generator. In case of interruption in water service; the complex does provide a water tank in case of interruption of water service.
