Charming 1 bedroom flat, open view on the garden, at the gateway to the old town.



In a typical local building, with access from an alley in the old town, on the 3rd floor without lift.



Charming 1 bedroom flat, composed of a living room, kitchen, bedroom with en-suite shower room, and separate wc.



The living room is equipped with a sofa, a table and 2 chairs, a TV, Free WIFI Internet and TV box. The living room is air conditioned and has double glazed windows.



The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge, washing machine. Also for breakfast, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.



The bedroom is independent, with a 140cm bed, double glazed windows. The shower room is accessible from the bedroom, with a washbasin, a shower, a towel dryer.



A separate toilet.



Bed and bath linen is provided, as well as welcome products for the first days of your stay (shampoo/shower gel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Nespresso coffee caps).



Air-conditioning only in the living room, double glazing, free WIFI, and a nice view!

Great location - check in and communication not good

We spent a few days in this small apartment. It is fine for two people though the layout is tight in spots. The location was wonderful for exploring the town and quiet for sleeping as well. Biggest challenge was in booking the place. The host did not communicate with us through the messaging or any other means, so you really don't know if you actually have a place until he sends check in instructions once it is ready for you to check in. I would highly recommend that they respond to messages before the check in date, a little scary otherwise. There were 3 pot light bulbs that where flickering, all in the livingroom area. It was like having strobe lights on. When I reached out to the host about having those changed so we could have the lights on, he only asked what the location was but did nothing about it. Which, was no surprise, given their communication track record so far. If they could be more responsive, this would be great value location!! I would not book this again just for that reason.
