This recently renovated, lovely, 2 bedroom condo is tucked away in a gated community, walking distance to the iconic Pier Village and Lighthouse. The Village is where you'll find shopping, restaurants, and the pier itself, where you can fish, bird watch, or just people watch. the condo is on the ground floor with no restrictions for the elderly or handicaped.

Great location for beach , pier and restaurants

Perfect location- comfortable beds and linens- walk to pier and restaurants- covered parking space- offered beach chairs , towels and cooler- spacious and very clean- Jan communicates well and is helpful in any way - will be staying again

Property very clean and comfortable. Love the “terrapin food” left to feed them right out the back door. Owners were great to check in and make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was good. This was the 2nd time we stayed here and no problems during our stay. Love the updates to the decor since our last visit and am looking forward to our next stay here.

Great Long weekend getaway!

I took my two teenage girls for a long weekend at the beach. We all three enjoyed it. Condo was great, property was nice, and it was close to everything!!

Wonderful stay… close and convenient. Quiet and cozy.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute at our condo. It was clean, neat and had everything we needed. The host is super friendly and easy to work with. The pier, restaurants and shops were all very close walking distance. We will be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. Even better than the pictures! Walking distance to restaurants & shops and a ~5 minute ride over to the beach. Jan was a perfect host and offered to bring us anything that we needed. Couldn't have asked for anything more and we'll definitely be back!

Check-in process went smoothly, advance instructions from the owner were spot-on. We enjoyed our short stay on St Simons Island, the condo was perfect for this trip, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed feeding the turtles and will try to stay at this location again should we return to St Simons Island. One item that would have helpful is a map of the condo property) there may have been a map in the condo but I didn't look carefully for one) as it took me a bit to find the gym and trash dumpster. Not a big thing but thought I'd mention it. Overall, a nice play to stay and convienent location.

Sweet little gem on the south end of the island

We loved our first experience on SSI! The property was perfect for our family and we were able to take in the shops, beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Such a beautiful area. The property was perfect and the property manager was amazing with spot on recommendations on things to do.

Enjoyed our stay.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and beach. Condo was somewhat dated. One shower faucet would not shut off. Welcoming packet of crackers to feed the turtles in the pond behind the condo was a highlight. Need instructions on how to use TV.

The condo is central located. It is super nice and clean

This condo is well with in walking distance of most of the attraction and we had our disabled brother with us and he rode a scooter to the pier. The condo was very clean and and you felt right at home in it. It has all you need. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect!

We had some specific needs for a vacation condo for our first trip as a family of 5, and this lovely unit exceeded all our expectations! Clean, attractive, quiet, nice layout, and Turtle Lagoon was a major win for our 3-year old. She loved feeding the turtles a couple of times a day! The pool is nice, and the condo location is so convenient. By the end of our stay, I wished we’d booked a longer trip. We love SSI and Harbour Oaks and look forward to coming back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fun!!!

We had so much fun on our family vacation here! The location was great and the house was clean. It was so easy to walk to the shops and the pier. We ALL loved feeding the turtles! AND the kitchen and house in general was well stocked with necessities! We enjoyed the covered parking too! I was worried about how the beds would sleep but we’ve got no complaints here! I even slept on the pull out and I liked it! I really liked the couch and the house is decorated beautifully! I can’t wait to come back to make more memories! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!!! :)

Excellent!

I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars. Truly wonderful place to stay! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, there was covered parking for our car, the condo was super clean and well organized. The kitchen had all the utensils, plates, cups, pots, baking sheets, bowls, Tupperware, etc that we needed. The bathrooms had more than enough towels for the 4 of us. And there were also beach towels provided which was a bonus. Both beds were very comfortable, and each room had a TV with U-Verse cable. The living room had a roku with all the available apps which was great with two kiddos. And one of the best things was the Turtle Lagoon out back! It was so much fun to go out and feed them every morning. 🐢 🐢 🐢 🐢 Property manager was wonderful. She checked on us before, during, and at the end of our stay. We will definitely come back to SSI and stay at this place! 🌞 Hilary

Cozy and cute

The property was perfect for SSI. The property is a great location to shoot to the Village, or take your dog to the park. The owner was attentive and excited about pir stay. She was so welcoming.

Close to our all

This cute and comfortable condo is within walking or a short drive to multiple restaurants and the beach. Friendly and welcoming manager. Turtles in the backyard are adorable and fun to feed!

Great stay on St Simons Island. Location, Location, Location...

My wife and I recently stayed at this property for a long weekend on St Simons Island. The property is a well furnished ground floor condominium in a gated community located just blocks from the Pier Village. The pictures don't really do the decor justice and the rental exceeded our expectations. It's literally walking distance to a great community park as well as the shops and restaurants in the Village. If circumstances and availability intersected in the future we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great Condo and Location

We were able to find this adorable condo last minute and were pleasantly surprised! The condo was very clean, the location to town was amazing, the playground and dog park right outside the gate were perfect for our family! We will be back!
