Great location Nice apartment but badly maintained Broken toaster No hot water in the adults shower Had to use the kids shower but the water would not drain away so the shower tray would fill up and flood out onto the bathroom floor Toilet cistern constantly running Although a Wi-Fi password was provided there was no Separate Wi-Fi only the communal Wi-Fi which “gets busy” and so is slow When you pay goo money you expect the basics!

This is our third stay as the location and communal pool are excellent (not the park area though!). However the apartment needs some TLC. All the cupboards need clearing out (a slipper was hanging from a top wardrobe shelf!). The door locks & toilet roll holders were loose, the shower overflowed (this was reported & dealt with),the toilet cistern constantly run, bins were rusty, no bread knife etc. The apartment could be brought up to a great standard with just some small updates.

La localisation de la résidence est parfaite, première ligne après la ligne de restaurants, à deux pas de la mer et du club de tennis padel. Interhome réactif pour gérer les petits détails. WIFI horrible pour les addicts d'internet.

Buen Apartamento con mal mantenimiento

El apartamento esta en una ubicacion perfecta, no se puede estar mas cerca de la playa. Urbanización bonita y con todos los servicios. La casa tiene todo tipo de lujos, persianas electricas, aire acondicionado con termostato por habitación, armarios amplios y Smart TV de gran tamaño. Plaza de garaje impecable y piscina muy comoda y bonita. El mantenimiento y limpieza del apartamento es bastante pobre, picaportes rotos, rejillas de aire acondicionado con pelusas monstruosas a la vista, cocina con solo una sarten para un apartamento de 4 personas... Una pena porque este apartamento bien mantenido sería un sitio por el que pagaría mucho mas de lo que pague.

We are also happy to inform you that new frying pans have been added to the property and the lifts will be serviced. Locatie locatie

Gelukkig waren we al eerder in het appartementencomplex geweest want de aanwijzingen van het lokale kantoor waren matig en niet duidelijk. Gelukkig was het kantoor om de hoek dus konden we makkelijk even langs om eea te vragen. Bij aankomst was het al laat en de bedden waren matig opgemaakt. Kussenslopen veel te klein dus kussen paste er niet in. Volgende ochtend nieuwe slopen gehaald bij het kantoor en gelijk wat extra handdoeken gevraagd want 2 handdoekjes pp en 1 theedoek voor 10 dagen is wel wat weinig! appartement is niks mis mee. Het ligt aan de boulevard en je kunt overal naar toe lopen. Helaas krijgt het appartement geen zon op het balkon behalve om 4 uur smiddags. Airco werkte goed maar alle roosters zijn vol stof dus mogen wel eens schoongemaakt worden. Er is geen 2-persoons bed alle bedden zijn 1 persoons en de matrassen zijn slecht, echt heel zacht. Gezien de locatie en de luxe afwerking van het appartement geven wij een goed maar dat is wel op het randje aangezien wij vanwege de bedden heel slecht hebben geslapen.
