Welcome to Penthouse 301 at Villa Renaissance—your private paradise perched directly above the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach, consistently voted the #1 Beach in the World. Located in the very heart of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo offers breathtaking ocean views from nearly every room. Whether you're relaxing on the expansive wrap-around balcony, waking up in the master suite, or strolling along the pristine shoreline, this is a vacation you'll never forget.

Step into 2,066 square feet of refined Caribbean comfort, where privacy, location, and luxury come together. Situated on the third floor of the exclusive Villa Renaissance resort, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting—no crowds, just sun-soaked serenity. Guests have access to a private pool, tennis court, loungers, fitness center, and a quiet stretch of beach with complimentary umbrellas and towels. The residence sleeps up to 6 guests (sofa is not a sleeper), and if you're traveling with a larger group, you can rent Penthouse 302 next door (2 bed/2 bath) to accommodate up to 10–12 guests total. A group of six ladies enjoyed a week full of walking the beautiful beach, bobbing around in the sea (with cocktails in hand!), exploring the island, playing pickleball and Mahjong during our stay at the lovely condo at Villa Renaissance. Cady was very attentive and responsive She made check-in a breeze and helped with a sunset cruise reservation. The condo is spacious, clean, and had spectacular views of Grace Bay. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend!

My family of 5 had an amazing week at this beautiful, beachfront condo. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. The beach attendant helped us get chairs and umbrellas. There is a convenient bar at the pool for cocktails, snacks and lunch. The location is perfect - easily walkable to restaurants, convenient store and souvenir shops.

I reserved this VRBO for a business trip and invited family to join me. I was looking for a view of Grace Bay and access to the beach. The facility also offered an amazing pool and hot tub which we enjoyed every day. There is a pool bar also where you can enjoy their local rum punches which we also enjoyed! The VRBO was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, sights, etc. We did rent a car for our trip but did not always need it. This facility was quaint, quiet and was above and beyond what I expected. I would come again! Thank you!

Beautiful stay

This villa is one of our favorites. It was our 3rd time staying here. We love the views, proximity to the beach, the pool and the tennis court. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. The wrap around balcony is amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Great Week

Villa is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to several restaurants, ice cream, gift shops and even the grocery. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome Condo on Grace Bay

Enjoyed our stay in this 3 Bedroom Condo on Grace Bay. Views were fantastic. The location is great with many things to do close by. Perfect spot for our family. Pool and Beach were very nice and mostly not crowded.

Summer vacation

We love it here, our family escapes the cold just for a little piece of Paradise and we want you to enjoy as much as we have. Welcome to our rental, your Turks and Caicos home away from your home.

Spaciousness to accommodate our family, view, beachfront, luxury and never over crowded at the pool or beach. Being in the heart of Grace Bay is a BIG PLUS where it is safe to walk to everything. Restaurants, bars, local eateries, ice cream, yoghurt, ATMs, supermarket, police station, gas station, pharmacy, medical facility and so much more are a few steps from the Condo.
