Located in the very heart of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo offers breathtaking ocean views from nearly every room. Whether you're relaxing on the expansive wrap-around balcony, waking up in the master suite, or strolling along the pristine shoreline, this is a vacation you'll never forget.

Step into 2,066 square feet of refined Caribbean comfort, where privacy, location, and luxury come together. Situated on the third floor of the exclusive Villa Renaissance resort, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting—no crowds, just sun-soaked serenity. Guests have access to a private pool, tennis court, loungers, fitness center, and a quiet stretch of beach with complimentary umbrellas and towels. Took my niece on a vacation here so she could get her first stamp in her passport. Our first day on the island was rainy and with Melissa it didn't seem very promising that we'd see much sunshine, but we did have some good days. The beach was amazing and uncrowded as we came in the off season (late October 2025). We even had the pool to ourselves the first couple of nights. The condo itself was kept very clean, and the beds were comfortable. They did not have a pen or paper at the condo to write anything down, so I did purchase pens and a notepad and put them by the phone. Hopefully they keep them in the condo as not everyone travels with a pen and paper, and it comes in handy especially if you want a shopping list. We did end up bringing some food with us in a checked luggage as food on the island is VERY expensive (which we knew going in). This gave us more space going home for all the souvenirs! For those who enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, this condo has both a regular coffee pot as well as a Nespresso that takes the pods (They also have a stovetop tea kettle). The location of Villa Renaissance was very convenient to shopping for souvenirs as well as restaurants and bars. Cady was amazing to work with and kept us informed of Hurricane Melissa. Unfortunately, we had to cut or vacation a day short because we were unsure if our flight would make it off the island. Thank you for a wonderful stay and won't hesitate about coming back to this lovely place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Renaissance. The listing was very accurate, communication with property manager timely and efficient, and the location was in the heart of Grace Bay. My family loved being steps from the beach as well as shopping and dining.

Nice unit, great location

The unit is spacious and looks directly at the water. Property Manager was very responsive. Ran into some minor issues that were handled right away. Was a very good vacation.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect location for our stay in T&C. It is right in front of a glorious stretch of Grace Bay beach, where loungers and umbrellas are provided for free for hotel guests. The hotel environment was super laid back, heated pool was fantastic, staff were all friendly and helpful. Cady was a super helpful host who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The property itself was immaculately clean, and the views from the balcony were stunning. The property is within walking distance of many wonderful shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back!! P.S. I felt bad for the people staying in hotels just 100m down the beach that were 3x as expensive and much more crowded!

Beautiful stay

This villa is one of our favorites. It was our 3rd time staying here. We love the views, proximity to the beach, the pool and the tennis court. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. The wrap around balcony is amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Great Week

Villa is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to several restaurants, ice cream, gift shops and even the grocery. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this place.

That View!

Fantastic three bedroom condo for three couples. Note the twins can be combined into a king. The gorgeous beach is steps away. The patio is large and lovely. The patio doors open to the beach. The kitchen is nice and well appointed. You can park on property. There is a bar at the pool during the day. You can walk to a handful of fun restaurants and a great coffee spot. Communication was easy and well done, as well as check in. Highly recommend.

A Little Piece of Paradise

One of the best locations on the Island. Our family has come back to Provo time and time again and Villa Renaissance doesn’t miss. Villa 301 views are absolutely amazing and the room is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The family loved this villa and we will definitely be coming back!!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a great location and was nice and spacious. We had a few hiccups with check in being late and not being told when the cleanings would occur. But other than that we really enjoyed the condo and the amenities that were provided! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Overall, very impressed with Villa Renaissance Terrific location right on Grace Bay with many dining options within walking distance. Listing mentioned that there would be a cleaning service. We were under the impression that would be daily and for the price it should have been. There was only one cleaning for a seven night stay. Would recommend staying here however, if you’re looking for full service, this is not the place and for the price you could likely find that at one of the many other places on Grace Bay

Much needed vacation

This was our second year staying in this unit. We loved it the first time and we loved it again. Location is perfect. Beachfront, in town, and close to restaurants and the grocery store. The construction next door was a bit distracting when trying to relax on the porch, but the building is near completion, so this should not be an ongoing problem.

Very nice condo and location

A lot of beach resorts and condos are just too crowded. The inevitable fight for lounge chairs on the beach and pool are a beating. Not here. The place is nice and not overcrowded. You can actually relax here and enjoy the beach and pool at your leisure. Also, walking distance to multiple restaraunts, coffeeshops, and shopping are a definite plus. The rental agency was great to work with and responded every time. The only downside was the communication was a little slow but frankly, I'm nitpicking
