Port Side at M is a newly renovated, pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in Galveston's Historic Lost Bayou District — the upper-left unit of a beautifully kept triplex at 1703 Avenue M, an easy 8-minute walk to the beach with sand reachable in multiple directions. Sleeps 6.

THE SPACE — LIVING AREA & KITCHEN
A comfortable living area welcomes you with a leather sofa, generous natural light, and a smart TV — the perfect place to gather after a beach day. The adjacent dining area and full kitchen come equipped with stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove) plus a Keurig and starter k-cups.

THE SPACE — BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom features a king bed with a backyard view, a ceiling fan, and a reading chair. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and a roomy closet. A full bath with a renovated stand-up shower and a separate half bath give everyone space to get ready. Linens and towels are provided, and an in-unit washer and dryer keep your suitcase light.

THE SPACE — OUTSIDE
Enjoy a covered front porch for morning coffee, a shared backyard to relax in, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. An EV charger plug-in is available on site.

PLEASE NOTE — UNIT ACCESS
This property is one of three distinct units in a triplex. Guests booking Port Side at M have exclusive access to the upper-left unit (address 1703) only — not the entire building. Outdoor common areas such as the front porch and backyard may be shared with guests in the other units if those units are booked during your stay.

It was in a good location for everything we wanted to do. It was comfortable and relaxing! Plenty of room! Would definitely rent again. The whole are very nice and accommodating. The only thing that would’ve made it a little bit easier for us is if we could’ve checked in a little bit earlier, I can understand not 23 hours earlier but you know if you got there between three and four with chicken Thomas 4 o’clock that it would’ve been OK to have the information and be able to check in at that time and not have to wait.

We brought my dog so that was an extra 62.00. It was extremely close to the Grand Galvez which was the wedding venue. The condo is very basic with only 1 lamp in the entire place. No bedside tables with reading lamps. The small bathrooms had no flat surfaces to put any toiletries on...except the floor. Now I know to scrutinize pictures better and what to look for. It was what it was.Next time I'll splurge and stay at The Grand Galvez.

Fabulous Location!

Located in the historic area of Galveston, this place has easy access to the beach and The Strand. It was clean and nicely appointed, with all the accommodations you need for a lovely stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The home is in a lovely older quiet safe neighborhood. I walked my little dog several times a day feeling very comfortable. The balcony was nice. The home is close to the seawall, places to eat, shop and have fun.

Really lovely home, clean and in a beautiful neighborhood! Check in was so easy and we spent our evenings after dinner on the front porch. Quiet area and close to everything! My only suggestion would be some wine glasses, otherwise we had everything we needed and had a great time!!!
