Relax in this beautifully updated Condo unit. Free on-site parking, full kitchen & laundry, private high-speed Wi-Fi & Smart TV. Enhanced cleaning practices and contactless access add to your comfort.

Three bedrooms: (1) Master king suite with private Master bath / walk-in shower; (2) Twin bedroom; (3) Daybed with Trundle; and Guest Bath -tub / shower. Full kitchen; cooking utensils; Keurig or Drip coffee; full refridgerator with ice maker; largecapacity washer & dryer,
Dine in or outdoor on the screened Lani, or grill dinner on our complementary grilling decks. Complete amenities for six. We have a nice selection of books & games. Hi-speed Wi-Fi for seamless streaming on all your electronics. Smart TV for your favorite Apps.

Relax at the Large heated Pool, Hot Tub/Spa, Or head to the beach, a short 2 block walk, for an early morning respite or evening sunset. Take along the boogie boards, net for shelling, sand toys, or chairs to relax. Don't forget the sunscreen as you soak in the warm Florida sunshine. Grab a cooler for the beach. Commercial Ice machine on site.

Sun during the day (pool towels and noodles included) Enjoy the soothing sounds of the Beach, go shelling or watch a beautiful sunrise / sunset. Take a cool evening walk on our lighted decks and landscaped walkways.

You'll enjoy quiet relaxation or head for action with the multiple opportunities afforded in the Gulf area. Ride the Fort Myers Beach Trolley to Lovers Key State Park south or Bowditch Park on the north end, with all points in between to enjoy all the great music & dining that the Island has to offer. Just ask me about SW Florida highlights you won't want to miss. Kayaking, Edison Summer Home, Airboats in the Everglades, to name a few.

This condo has been our winter home, saving us from Wisconsin snowy weather. Fully updated, you'll enjoy all our amenities. We've entertained friends and family here thru the years giving you the same quality and comforts of home.

Our first visit to Fort Myers Beach and we fell in love with the people and area. Surrounded by Florida beauty - palms, flowers, birds, and marine life- this is a unique and friendly place. Everyone is just happy to be here.
All you have to do is walk out the condo door to enjoy the palmed atrium or catch a tan at our large pool and sun deck.
Take an evening walk around the marina dock surrounding our building or a short walk to the beach for sun and surf.

この宿泊施設の特徴

On the beaten path, yet quiet seclusion. Because we are surrounded on three sides by the marina, adjacent condouminiums are limited. Also there is no through traffic, both pedestrian or vehicles.
Being at the south end of the island means lower traffice and easy access south to Bonita Springs, Estero, and Naples. When you want action it's a quick trip.
We are walking distance to dining, shopping, beach, and boating meaning you don't need a vehicle to enjoy your stay.
The Beach Trolly stops a short distance from the complex giving you easy access to Lover's Key State Park (beach, mangroves, kayaking) south to Bowditch Park north, stopping at all amenities the full length of Estero Island - dining, music, groceries, library.
