Spring Discounts 1 Bed w/Bunks "Splash" Water Park Low Floor Salty Air

"Salty Air" @ Splash 204W is a beautiful condo located on the second floor. It has one king bedroom, two bathrooms, and is nicely decorated. The condo does not have any carpet.

The condo offers a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful waves and observe dolphins and stingrays in the morning. In the evenings, you can witness beautiful sunsets. The property also has an onsite waterpark for kids to enjoy. Beyond the pool, there is a 400-foot white sandy beach and clear emerald sea.

If you have concerns about COVID-19, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance with a "Cancel for ANY reason" rider. This insurance must be bought within 14 days of booking, and if you decide to cancel, it must be done at least 2 days before arrival.

The condo provides basic supplies such as toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and hand soap. You will need to pay $35 for a parking pass (per vehicle) and pick up armbands from the registration desk upon arrival.

Features of the condo include tile and LVT floors (no carpet), free WiFi and cable, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a master bedroom with a king bed and a flat-screen TV, a private master bathroom, a bunk area with twin bunks and an additional trundle bed, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a large balcony with a direct beachfront view. The condo can accommodate up to 4 people.

Splash Beach Resort, where the condo is located, offers various amenities for families. These include two beachfront pools (one heated seasonally), a lazy river, a children's play area with water slides and spray toys, a fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river, a poolside bar and grill, gas grills, high-speed internet access in common areas, an onsite store, and more. The resort is also close to Pier Park, which is about 2 miles away.

There are a few house rules to follow, such as signing a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, being at least 25 years old to rent, no smoking in the condo or on balconies, no parties, and no pets.

Quick Spring Break Getaway
We spent two nights and three days in the 204W condo at Splash Resort. The condo was exactly as advertised and was well-equipped with everything we needed. This resort was on the west end of the beach with lots of kids and families, well removed from the typical rowdy spring break crowd. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this unit!!!

Great fall break vacation
Unit 204W is absolutely amazing! This unit is exactly as described. This is a perfect location for kids and adults to both enjoy their stay. The room is furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.

We have stayed at many places on the beach and this by far was the best . The condo is perfectly located on the second floor so you avoid almost all the elevator hassle , the view is so amazing from the balcony , the condo has Everything you need to cook yourself , and best of all the owner responds almost immediately when you message her for anything and she takes care of any need you may have . We will be staying in this Condo every time we come to PCB !! Take my word for it you will love it just like we did .

Great value, beautiful beach!
My family and I enjoyed our stay! The condo with spotless and very accommodating for all of our needs. The view is priceless and worth every penny. The overall resort was lacking in cleanliness at busy times, but was always clean after the morning crew and obviously that has nothing to do with this property. If you have younger kids, they will LOVE the bunk beds!

Beautiful condo, exactly as described. Kitchen was very well stocked, very clean unit with good quality linens. Owner communication was great, any questions were answered promptly. Will book again next year.

Welcome to the Emerald Coast! We are Darin and Sherry, owners of 4D Beach Properties LLC. With Splash 204W and two gulf front condos at Pinnacle Port, we offer a fantastic getaway. After 30 years of marriage and raising four sons, vacations have become a cherished part of our lives. Although we grew up without beaches in different parts of Arkansas, our love for the "salt life" began on our honeymoon. We currently reside in Razorback country and spend our time dreaming of the beach when we're not cheering on the Hogs. This is our fourth rental property, and our third on the Emerald Coast. We feel blessed to provide you with the opportunity to escape and experience the breathtaking sunsets that we hold dear.
