What a wonderful stay. This will be my go to any time I visit PCB. Host is so friendly and hands on from start to finish. The unit was perfect for us. Very pretty and clean. Awesome view. Great location. Family friendly resort. Convenient to elevator and pool. The beach service was included. We loved being able to use the chairs and umbrella as we had a little one. Easy beach access. Highly recommend.

We had great communication from Darlene, check-in was a breeze & the condo was clean, well-equipped & looked exactly as it does in the photos. It was our first beach trip as a family of three, and our 11-month-old LOVED the lazy river & splash pad. The layout is great for traveling with kids, and having a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the room was crucial. We'll definitely be staying here for our next beach trip!

Check in was easy loved the 1sr floor with kids. Clean. Darlene was great on answering all the questions we had. Favorite part was the first bathroom you just come from the beach and go straight to the shower less mess and wetness in the room.

We had such a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental experience! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, yet peaceful and relaxing. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered fantastic amenities including multiple pools, a splash pad, lazy rivers, and easy access to everything we needed.The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Being on the ground floor was a bonus—no need for elevators and we could come and go with ease. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived.We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Great place very family friendly only thing that we had trouble is not enough elevators for all the people. Darlene was amazing always checking to make sure everything with the condo was good.

The condo was clean, and the king size bed slept well. The view was great and the condo, being on the first floor of rooms, was very nice. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. There is no cabinet space for groceries. The free chairs on the beach are so close together, you have to go up from the bottom and they are not numbered so you have to count the chairs to find yours daily. The pool does not have near enough chairs to accommodate the complex. I put a towel in a chair and left for about fifteen minutes. When I came back my towel was gone. It was no where to be found. This happened to a couple of other folks as well. They should have rubber wrist bands but instead have paper that you must get everyday or wear it for the entirety of your stay. Nothing is convenient at this place. The parking is across the street and you cannot pull up to the front door to unload. There is also an awful disinfectant smell when you walk in the entrance.

My new favorite place

Everything was PERFECT. With traveling with a toddler, I can not speak more highly of splash and more particularly THIS room.. being on the first floor, all the splash amenities, the sky bridge to the parking deck, everything was so so convenient and I told my husband we WILL be back!

Excellent condo

We stayed here for only 3 nights but we have already said we plan to stay here again. The condo was perfect for us and the water area was our children's favorite area. The only downside was the walk to the deck but with it being inside and air conditioned, we did not think too much about it. Overall, we loved it!

A humble haven!

Darlene was exceptional with communication! I just had major surgery and this was very last minute. I was able to be comfortable, in a clean environment and the whole family felt comfortable when I stayed behind. The patio chairs were a favorite. The beach is SO close to the property, the hut service was great. The lounge chairs were so convenient and comfortable and nice knowing they were the same location our entire stay. Everyone knew where to come back to. Local beach rental for entertainment including paddle boards and jet skis. The master bath was so spacious and all of us could utilize the mirror space, which is helpful with teens. Quiet condo environment. Felt safe. We will be back!

The location, cleanliness, amenities were perfect for us. Access to the beach was great. The condo had everything we needed. Darlene checked in to be sure everything was ok. We had a clogged shower drain, that was fixed right away. Was really convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything was great. Will stay there again!

Great place well managed. This property is tops in the warmer months, but we find it a great deal in January and February when temps are cool for us Northerners. You’ll find mostly Midwesterners and Canadians because of the cool temps (50s - 60’s) but the pool is heated and the hot tub was nice. No crowds

The unit was eveything we expected, very clean, very nice area, safe and secure. Only issue was no directions for use of the TV, it went out two days before we checked out. That was only issue.

Perfect family vacation

Love this unit! We had a great vacation and the amenities of the splash resort are great for the kids. The condo was so clean and cozy, it felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning!! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We seen dolphins and stingrays in the mornings.

My name is Darlene and my husband and I are the hands on owners that operate and self manage our units. You will be emailing me directly, the actutal owner rather than some rental management company that doesn't know the specifics about our particular unit or resort. I have decorated all the units myself and we actually stay in them with our family and enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer. We pride ourselves on customer service and look forward to hearing from you. Once the condo is booked, you will be able to call us directly with any questions you may have about the condo and we try to be available to our guests at all times.

We fell in love with Splash in 2007 when we saw all the resort had to offer. We purchased Unit 304E on the 3rd floor and were so happy with it that we bought Unit 305E next door a few months later. We were excited when this 105E unit on the 1st floor unit became available directly below our other two units all located in the East Tower. Splash has so much to offer and is the perfect family resort that features multiple pools including a lazy river, splash bucket water park, shaded adult pool, full sun pool, hot tub and tot Splash pad area. There is also a gulf front fitness center, poolside bar & grill, outdoor grills, onsite coffee and icecream shop, and connected sky bridge to covered parking.

There are so many unique benefits of having a condo located on the 1st floor at Splash. It is wonderful for parents of young children, those with fear of heights, or anyone that gets upset over having to wait for an elevator! Splash pools and amenities are located on the ground floor level, with the lobby level one floor up at a 2nd floor elevation. The first floor of condos start at a 3rd floor elevation which provides an absolutely breathtaking view of the ocean and assures your privacy. You can easily take the stairs up to the condo to avoid the long lines during check-in when the elevators are busy.
