This Splash Resort beach home has everything you can imagine for your unforgettable family vacation. It was just renovated including kitchen and bathrooms (cabinetry too).

Daily Beach Chair Service (March through October Only) is included when you reserve this 4th floor unit at Splash Resort for your next Panama City Beach Vacation.

Best location - minutes from Hwy 79, frank brown park & sports complex, and the pier park mall featuring 900,000 Square Feet of retail shopping, dining & 16 movie theaters....10 minute drive from the northwest Florida beaches international airport.

Super nice one (1) bedroom plus bunk beds, two (2) bath condo located on the 4th floor of the Splash East Tower.

Splash resort panama city beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a jacuzzi and, riptide, the poolside bar & grill.

Located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach, Splash Resort has easy access to Pier Park Mall, the City Pier, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is here to make your beachfront vacation in Panama City Beach one of the best you will ever experience!

Splash is a short distance to Pier Park, an extensive Tropical feel Life-Style Shopping Mall. Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach, boasting approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Included along with boutiques such as Lizard Thicket and Irene & Co, are large retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, and Target. In addition there are numerous restaurants including Paula Deans, Dave & Busters, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Pompano Joe's, Dick's Last Resort, and Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House.

The host and the unit were great!! The unit was clean and comfortable. It was nice that this property came with beach chair and umbrella rental for free. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there. The property overall is comparable to most others in the area but this host and particular unit are top notch! We really enjoyed our stay!!

The room itself was great but the air was froze when we got there and was froze the first 2 days and our room was 80 degrees and the thermostat was set to 72 degrees. Maintenance came and checked it out and said to leave it off. They came to look at it the next day and did a maintenance on it. It was the middle of July so it was hard to enjoy a stay on the beach without air. Communication about the air issue was good.

Fun water park

The manager allowed us to check in a little early which was amazing! The entire facility was very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. The condo was very nice. Exactly what we needed for a quick “getaway”

Just what we needed

We went to Disney World before ending our vacation at the Slpash. The view and the condo was perfect for us. Our host was very attentive when answering questions. I will definitely rent again.

Family Vacation

This is the place to stay in PCB if you have children under 12. The waterpark & pools are great ! The condo was nice & clean, stocked well, and the prime location. Our family will be back.
