Welcome to Sea Breeze Bliss, a coastal haven where sun-kissed days and ocean breezes await. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo accommodates up to 8 guests.

Unwind in the open-concept living space with gorgeous views, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. The master suite and second bedroom provide restful retreats. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony.

Resort amenities include a pool and hot tub, and exclusive beach access adds to the allure. Sea Breeze Bliss is your gateway to coastal serenity.

*This resort requires guests to register at their front desk on-site - a Registration fee will be collected for each reservation.

Good family fun

The condo is great but be prepared for extra pains surrounding staying at Splash. Super crowded so elevator waits are horrible and they require so much use of the beach for expensive chair rentals that you can’t be close to water in a tent with kids as planned.

Overall a decent place to stay. The furniture was really dirty and worn out. Mold in the washer. The blinds in the front bedroom letting in too much light from outside made it difficult for good sleep. The bunk bed didn’t feel sturdy, there was makeshift repairs done to it. Overall, the condo was very clean(minus the furniture and washer) upon arrival and we had a great time. It had a great view.

Perfect choice

It was everything the listing said.The bed was very comfortable and everything we would need to cook a 3 course meal was in the kitchen.Everyone we met that worked there was so nice. We truly enjoyed ourselves and we couldn’t have picked a nicer place.On the minor side, the couch could use a good cleaning. And a new shower head would be nice in the master bath.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed this condo. The 3rd floor was convenient, especially if there was a wait for the elevators. The condo was very spacious for our family of 3 and included everything we needed. The only thing missing that would have been nice to have were hooks by the front door to hang beach towels and bags on.

We just got home today from a 4 night stay here. This was our second time to stay at Splash Resort. Last year was in a different room and everything was great. This room was dirty, the washer was not working our ENTIRE stay. We asked for a small compensation since a working washer was an amenity that was supposed to be included and we paid for. We never would have stayed here if we knew the washer was broken...we have 3 kids and stayed 4 nights. Can you imagine the dirty laundry?! If you want a quality vacation without stress...do yourself a favor and do NOT stay in this room.
Who knows when the last time this was washed. Crumbs of all kinds!!
Would not working when we tried..
Puddle of stagnant, stinky water in it when we got there.

Nice, but the condo needs some attention to a few matters

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here last year. This was our second stay. We like to come when it’s not very busy. A few notes: the front room does not get dark at night at as there is no curtain for the window (only blinds) and the light in the hallway is on all night. I would update this to a blackout curtain if I was the owner. The bottom trundle bed has a huge hole in in that would have been hazardous to the kids if the mattress wasn’t there- if this bed is old I also was nervous about the sturdiness of it. Next, the comforters seem like they needed to be donated. The quality of them was not good so I questioned the cleanliness of them (saw stains as well). They needed to be clean, updated extra blankets as well because the comforters were way too thin. The blankets I did find looked extremely used and I actually went out and purchased a new comforter and blanket to use in the master) I’m frustrated I had to spend my time and money on vacation to do this. Lastly, the washer needed to be wiped down. There was a ton of mold on there. I would not spend the money we spent on this condo unless these things are tended to the next time. Could be good to also have a keurig (that’s cleaned regularly) as many people don’t use regular coffee makers anymore (or at least have both options) Thanks for considering these thoughts and suggestions.

Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for our family.Master BR was spacious with plenty of room for a rental crib and a folding rocking chair we brought along. 2nd br had enough room for our 7 and 5 yr olds to sleep in the bunk, and 2 yr old used the rollaway. The ladder for the bunk was removable so we could easily keep the 1 yr old from climbing up during the day. The sliding doors required strength to open so the 2 and 1 year olds couldn't go out without adult help. The TV let us hook up our Google TV box and Nintendo. It also has built-in smart functionality so the boys initially were able to watch Netflix with the signed-in account.Wifi was strong and fast. Outlets were a little sparse, but we had what we needed for sound machines, night lights, etc.Positioned low enough that stairs wouldn't have been unreasonable, but during the off season the elevator was plenty fast. Positioned far from the elevator, but not a far walk at all (and the distance ensured quiet). Black out curtains in primary br and living area let the 1 yr old sleep in. Even though the 2nd br only had blinds, the light wasn't an issue in there either.Washer and dryer worked great. Beds were comfy. I think the pillows might have had feathers, but some Zyrtec fixed me up and they were comfy to sleep on. Furniture and decor was nice. Kitchen was well enough appointed. Fridge had an ice maker and filtered water, which were unexpected and welcome benefits. Check-in was closed when we arrived at 6pm, and property mgmt only responded during business hours (I think they had a number for emgcies). We just presumed we could park downstairs since we had a cargo box and went swimming without bands. Got a parking pass and bands the next day and confirmed we could park downstairs.NOTE: Luggage carts are on 2nd floor garage! Because we parked 1st floor we missed them.Overall it was even better than I'd hoped it woul

Check in was the only minor issue I had. I could not for the life of me easily access the actual unit, which is 302W. When you sign in to Splash you have to list the all occupants and your unit. It was not obviously on the main page for vrbo or the secondary company Swells checkin email. I had to re-download in the moment our rental agreement and finally come across it in one of the paragraphs. Again, not obvious. Maybe i was tired. Otherwise everything was great!!
