Home was beyond expectations. Great views and amenities with a super friendly and professional host. My kids and fur baby were well considered and taken care of upon arrival with all of the extras not in the original listing. Fabulous experience!

We loved our stay here! My kids absolutely loved the arcade games and were thankful for "new" toys to play with. Admittedly, we weren't in the house much as we were busy exploring Shenandoah, but it was a comfy place to come back to at the end of the day. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils that made cooking dinner easy. The owners were communicative and ready to help if we had needed it. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The property was very clean, comfortable and nicely updated. It was also well stocked with all the basic kitchen necessities and appliances. There was plenty of room for people to gather in the kitchen/dining area as well as the living room. The host was very responsive to communication and sent easy and clear instructions for checking in and out. The property felt secluded and peaceful but was only a short drive to all the Massanutten amenities.

Owner was quick to respond and was very helpful. Location on the resort was great. There were a few maintenance things that we let the owner know about and a few extra towels would have been nice to have. It was a comfortable stay and had mostly everything you could need for a short stay.

We had a great week in the mountains. The house had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, and even spices! The bed was very comfy, too. We enjoyed the deck with the grill just outside of the kitchen, and was very convenient when making meals. We had a few rainy days, but enjoyed lounging on the couch watching movies, and we put a puzzle together, too!It was just the two of us staying here, but this is a great house for families to enjoy!

Needs some minor cosmetic work. The house was very clean. Darker than the photos showed, but accurate otherwise. Prefer brighter bulbs like daylight bulbs. Loved both outside decks and sitting in the trees. Very peaceful and quiet location, but near all the hustle and bustle of the area. The host was easy to communicate with and had attended to any issues that had arose with the previous guest before we arrived. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. There was tons of space for all of us and the Master actually has a King not a Queen as listed so that was a nice surprise. The hosts were great at communicating and very friendly. The home is very close to many fun activities and good food. I highly recommend the Campfire restaurant. Thanks!

House was beautiful. Very quiet & peaceful. Loved the outside decks. We had trouble with coffee maker. The host was very responsive & made sure we had a new one for use. The Tree Top Home was so very nice and cozy. I love the mountain view from the deck. This home was so cozy and welcoming. Everything you need was right there and it was close to stores and restaurants whatever you wish to visit. More than likely I will definitely be booking the Tree Top Home again. I will also be sharing the experience with family and friends. 10/10 for sure.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us! We're pleased the home met your needs for a girls weekend. Regarding the coffee pot, we want to clarify for future guests that we did respond to the message the following day and arranged for a replacement to be delivered that same day. Unfortunately, the group had already checked out by the time both the reply and the new coffee pot arrived, so we regret they weren't able to benefit from it.
