My home is located in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. Open concept main floor with plenty of windows for sunlight. 75" TV, sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen, dining table, half washroom, Laundry room. 2nd floor3bedrooms ( 1 king bed and 2 queen beds) 2 full bathrooms for booking7 guests.
Parking available in garage and the driveway. Also unregistered/ unapproved guest will be fined $100 per person.If booked 8+ guests basement access available with 2 beds and full washroom. NOTE :- if booked7 guests but need basement access $100 per night. NOTE:- backyard is not included.

We had a large group of 12 stay at this property. Overall, it was great. We had a few hiccoughs (broken coffee maker, not enough towels, and stained sheets). However, the host was very responsive and delivered everything we needed quickly. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

We stayed here with a group of 12 and had a good experience overall. The home was affordable, clean, and spacious, and we especially loved the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area—it made it really easy for our whole group to gather. The neighborhood was quiet, and having access to the garage was an added bonus.A few small things to note for future guests: the pull-out couches did not have sheets provided, which would have been helpful since they’re included in the sleeping arrangements. One of the basement bedrooms also had a very squeaky and somewhat uncomfortable bed. I’d also recommend bringing a few extra kitchen supplies—only one kitchen towel was provided and there were no paper towels or wine bottle opener. None of these were major issues, but something to be aware of. Overall, this was a good place for a large group, and with a couple of small improvements it would be even better. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Property! The Host was very gracious and quick to respond. We have had some issues in Winnipeg before, but this house and neighborhood felt very safe and comfortable. It was clean and perfect for our group!

Excellent property to rent

This is an amazing house. I rented for my daughter 17th birthday. She stayed there with 6 other friends. The place is very neat. Everything is was easily available. It’s located in a quiet and safe area.

Little Getaway

The property and house was clean (though there were some odd stains on the vents but it was quick to just wash off) and such a great place for my friends and I! We celebrated my birthday and the host was kind enough to allow it. The host communication was easy, reliable and quick! I highly recommend. Check in was super easy and there was a cute balloon inside to welcome, everything was clean and setup nicely as well. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great location and home!

The location was great for everything we need to do and go to. The trails in the area were great to get some exercise. The home had a very good layout and had most everything we needed. It was a very nice jester by the owner to put up a Christmas tree. My grandchildren loved it and it made a great Christmas for us away from home. Being able to use the garage was a great bonus.

Girls Getaway

We were a group of 10 - fifty women in Winnipeg for a two night stay. There was ample room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The bonus was three full bathrooms and a half bathroom which made getting ready easy. We were within 2 km ride to a grocery store which was also convenient.Property is located a nice quiet street with a covered front entry balcony - nice to sit in the morning for a coffee. There is also a lovely second sitting area to get away from the rest of house if you need a little quiet time. Full laundry - large fridge and freezer. Large TV in the living area. Responses were very quick when we had questions. Backyard is restricted but this was not a concern for us.

Beautiful and clean home

I have rented this property twice in a row, first time we were a group of 15 (including children) and second time a group of 7. Home was clean, and had everything we needed for a beautiful stay. Host response was prompt. I will definitely book this home again if I am in Winnipeg. Overall great place, super quiet, and beautiful environment which I absolutely love!

Good house but bad communication

The house looks nice, big but the supplies in the house is poor quality. They dont even provide bounty paper, instead they use the poor toilet paper for public to use for dry hand or clean up at the kitchen. No garbage bag in the toilet. Bad communication with the owner, they took long time to reply when you need somthing. Also, the day we were there they had a pile of sand in frond of the parking and they didnt let us know before to find somewhere else for parking. No sorry a an explanation to us. Check out instruction sent when we left already.
