Prime Location: Walk just 3 minutes and you’re on the sand! Beach access is right across the street.
Amenities: Beautiful, newly retiled pool, private balcony overlooking the pool area, and easy parking for 2 cars.
Beach Ready: We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon.
Fully Equipped: Bright, inviting living space with WiFi and flat-screen HDTVs in the living room and master. Kitchen is stocked for home-cooked meals.

Our house manager, Carla, lives close by and is available for any needs or emergencies.

This area is very old Florida Beach town. Many mom and pop businesses that are walking distance. There is a pedestrian walkway along the road as well. This is a family friendly neighborhood with lots of people walking, riding bikes, and walking their dogs.

*Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that!

Parking is easy (and free) on property and we are across the street from the beach. There is a beach access right at 7th street.

The unit is fully furnished with flat screen HDTVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with for all your cooking needs. Strong Wifi. Washer and dryer in the unit. Large private fenced pool area and an exterior shared balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.


Family friendly neighborhood- feel comfortable waking, going for a run, biking or walking the dogs. Uber is popular.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dog max)

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be NOT be refunded the 4% processing fee.

*Security cameras located outside.

We are a NO SMOKING property. There will be a $750 fee for smoking in the unit PLUS payment for any damages.

The pool area was a disaster, definitely didn’t look like the photos on the website. Actually found and removed a handful of nails off the pool deck. The room itself was decent and clean, definitely not worth the money.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in IRB for a recent mother-daughter Spring Break trip! Great location - quick walk to the beach and fabulous restaurants nearby. And it's only one street down from the bridge onto the island, which is super convenient during the busy times on the main road. We only moved our rental car for a couple trips to the store. The condo was clean and well appointed, and the one thing we had to call about was quickly addressed by Madison. Andi was a fabulous host with prompt communication both pre-visit and during our stay, and provided a great recommendations book in the condo.

Family Spring Break

Loved the close access to the beach and the ability to walk around the area. Grateful for the beach amenities and all of the recommendations left by the hosts. The hosts were excellent and responsive, we couldn’t find a cooler that was listed and they had another one dropped off within 15 minutes. Loved the area and we will hopefully be back when we can stay longer.

Perfect location to easy beach access and close to plenty of restaurants and yummy ice cream! Madi was super helpful at checkin and I appreciated the easy check out requests. Highly recommend for your next stay at Indian Rocks!

This property is 2 blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with our host was simple and effective. Great eating places nearby.

Slice of Heaven

This property has it all! We enjoyed the fact that there are only 4 units total sharing the pool, grill, and patio. That made for a quaint and kid-friendly atmosphere when it was time to head in from the beach for a nap or a meal. This property is also located in such a convenient spot! Everything was within walking distance for both of my kids- we only needed our rental car for groceries and to get back to the airport! The owner and house manager are both so welcoming and are excellent communicators. The unit was exactly as the photos showed and having 2 bedrooms was awesome for the kids. We want to come back!

Great location, good space

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was bright and lots of space. Nice outdoor patio on second floor was great for cocktails before dinner! Quiet area with several restaurants just a short walk down Gulf, and can't beat the location for beach access - just a block away. Also 20 min drive north to Clearwater and south to Treasure Island. Felt there were some small things missing for the price - no rug in bathroom, no tissues, one hand soap that was watered down, and no lawn chair pads as shown in the online pool photos. That was a bummer. But overall a fantastic location and nice place.

Great location & space!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location close to the beach, spacious, comfortable apartment to stay in. Host and manager were very attentive and helpful when needed. Wish we had more time! Will definitely stay here again.
