A completely cigarette smoking free property no exceptions, You will not want to leave this one bedroom oceanfront condo located in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Equipped with full size kitchen (has everything you need to cook), sleeper sofa, HDTV Smart TV (4K) and high speed WiFi. Enjoy relaxing on the patio & viewing deck with beautiful views of the ocean. Washer and dryer inside the unit. All linens provided including sheets, towels, and beach towels. Amazing beachfront with all the amenities

I would stay here instantly if headed back to Florida. The place was perfect and included all the amenities!! Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys for kiddos. Truly you wouldn’t have wanted anything. Absolutely loved our stay!!

GREAT Location

Could not have asked for a better location. Beach on one side, and restaurants on the other! Surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to night life. It was everything we needed.

Steve was an AMAZING host. He even set us up with kayaks and we were able to see manatees. We had a wonderful stay!

Sweet beach retreat with old time vibes.

Authentic beach get away in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Woke up to beautiful Atlantic surmises followed by invigorating beach walks. Many great restaurants within a short walk. This property is a little hidden gem. Great for a couple with realistic expectations.

Hidden Gem

Perfect spot for a couple. We parked the car and walked everywhere rest of the weekend. Proximal to restaurants, bars, and can’t beat walking out from your patio to the beach! Host was very responsive.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights for our anniversary. The condo we booked had a loud AC, Steve met us as we arrived and offered us the upstairs condo. We had access to the bottom portion with the deck and had a balcony! The condo is on the beach and quiet. Just a short walk there is coconuts on the beach and other bars and restaurants. There is also some really cute shops nearby. The morning we left, there were beach bunnies in front of the condo, so cute! Steve was quick to reply to any messages. Super nice guy and great host.

Awesome Beach Front location

Excellent place to stay right on Cocoa Beach. Communication was excellent and we were able to get an ealy check in the day of our stay. Would 100 percent stay here again.

Awesome location

Can’t beat the location and the back patio area is awesome! Perfect little condo for family with two kids or less. Steve was awesome and texted check in procedures well before we arrived and check out was nice and easy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place!!

Steve's place on Cocoa Beach was absolutely perfect. A couple steps and we were right on the beach. We also loved the sitting area in the backyard; it was the perfect place to sit and listen to the surf. If you get a chance, Steve was a cool person to visit with. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The location is amazing and has a great back patio set up. The owner Steve was great and offers water activities and has great recommendations. I would definitely recommend.
