Great place for a couple visiting cocoa beach for the first time. Awesome beach access and tons of nearby restaurants. Really appreciated the high-quality beach gear, it was great to put up an umbrella and sit in the Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Highly recommend

Great location

Perfect short stay in Cocoa Beach. We were able to walk to local restaurants and the beach access was steps from our back door.

Right on beach!

Perfect size for our family of four. View of the ocean and just a few feet from the beach. Had everything you needed for a beach day (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys) plus lots of dvds to choose from, full kitchen stocked, all we had to do was get our own groceries. Higgly recommend!

Great location and comfortable

It was lovely to be able to go out on the porch and sit with a view of the water. Just a few spots down there was a nice path to the beach and plenty of great restaurants and night life close by. I will stay here again!

Perfect for our getaway

Super cute place to stay and a great location! Easy walk to the beach. So nice to be able to just walk back to the condo and enjoy lunch before heading back out to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Conveniently located to restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

Condo on the beach

If you want to be near the beach this is your place! Minute walk and you’re on the beach. Condo had everything we needed and more. Very clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely go back and hostess was easy to contact. Thanks!

Love of Cocoa Beach

This is our second time to Cocoa Beach. This location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of lots of eateries and coffee options. Our condo unit was right on the beach and was exactly as expected. Property Manager was extremely accommodating and communicative. They even notified us of a Space X launch one night. We would definitely come again.

Perfect Stay in Cocoa Beach

This was a great 4 night stay. Beach access was simple and overall location of condo was perfect for us. The unit had everything you need. We will be back!

Great location for a short getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. We opened the back sliding door and were just steps from the beach. The condo was small but clean and comfortable. It was perfect for two people who just wanted to relax. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She recommended restaurants and even let us know about a rocket launch one afternoon. Highly recommend!
