Love of Cocoa Beach

This is our second time to Cocoa Beach. This location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of lots of eateries and coffee options. Our condo unit was right on the beach and was exactly as expected. Property Manager was extremely accommodating and communicative. They even notified us of a Space X launch one night. We would definitely come again.

Great location for a short getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. We opened the back sliding door and were just steps from the beach. The condo was small but clean and comfortable. It was perfect for two people who just wanted to relax. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She recommended restaurants and even let us know about a rocket launch one afternoon. Highly recommend!

Condo on the beach

If you want to be near the beach this is your place! Minute walk and you’re on the beach. Condo had everything we needed and more. Very clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely go back and hostess was easy to contact. Thanks!

Great location

Perfect short stay in Cocoa Beach. We were able to walk to local restaurants and the beach access was steps from our back door.

Relaxing getaway at Cocoa Beach

Lovely place on the beach. Can sit and watch the waves. Walking distance to food places. We enjoyed time at Coconuts (directly behind us) and still found our condo to be very quiet. Owner sent us very good directions to condo. Would definitely come back.

Everything you need for a Great Beach Vacation

What a great place! Easy access to beach, chairs and umbrella so no extra rental fees, lots of kitchen supplies. We had a problem with accessing the unit at the time of anrrival and couldn’t reach property manager immediately but no regrets about choosing this location. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect quick getaway

Quick getaway that checked all the boxes for us. On the beach, walked to all restaurants, & relaxing. Condo had all the amenities. Sheets were extra soft! Hope to be back.

Birthday/anniversary long weekend

The place is well appointed. Right on the beach! It’s also right in the center of the action, yet the night life wasn’t heard in the room. I’d highly recommend staying there.

Hidden Gem

This apartment was a beautiful vacay spot, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed with all the comforts of home. It had a full size washer/dryer which was handy for any beach getaway. My partner and I were very comfortable. The location was walkable to many restaurants, shops, and bars. The owners were easy to communicate with. Truly a beautiful stay. Thank you!

Great location and comfortable

It was lovely to be able to go out on the porch and sit with a view of the water. Just a few spots down there was a nice path to the beach and plenty of great restaurants and night life close by. I will stay here again!

23rd anniversary

Had an amazing time. Perfect location. Everything in walking distance. Beach, front patio, very serene and awesome just to chill and listen to the sound of the waves. Will definitely be back and hopefully a longer stay

40th Wedding Anniversary

Overall everything was great, unit had everything we needed. Was a little noisy first night due to end of spring breakers, but nothing we couldn't handle. Bottom unit you could hear every foot step from above. Was glad to have washer/dryer in unit was able to wash everything so we don't have to do it when we get home. Nice easy walk onto beach, just over the dunes. Also got to view 3 space launches which now are marked off bucket list.
