Charming unit located in the New Girdwood townsite. A great spot to enjoy all things Girdwood including restaurants, parkland, the Crow Creek Mercantile and located adjacent the bike path. Moments away from Alyeska resort this unit is ''vintage'' and priced less than a studio condo near the lifts. Unit features include wood fireplace and Rinnai direct vent wall mount furnace. Association allows nightly rentals. Association amenities include on site laundry, sauna, and a common area lawn in back of the building.
Girdwood is a small Alaskan mountain town that sits amongst lush forest and is surrounded by the peaks of the Chugach Mountain Range. It is conveniently situated only 36 miles (61km) south of Anchorage, Alaska’s largest metropolis with an international airport.
