Cozy Cabin in an AMAZING location with a park like setting "Unlimited Parking"

Our tiny house is located in a secluded forest area with only a few neighbors in sight. Close to the town, only a 2 min walk from the Pigeon Forge Trolley stop and about a 1 min drive to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. We call our cottage the Cozy Cub, and as you can see from the pictures, it is a cozy little house. Perfect for up to 3 guests, but offers unlimited parking for your trailer, camper, truck or anything else you may be bringing with. Our house has a pull-out sofa bed on the main floor living-room area, and a queen size bed in the open upstairs bedroom area. Even-though our house is tiny, it has a full-size bathroom with a step-in shower, sink and toilette, and a full-size well-equipped kitchen. Even if you are tall, you will have no problems fitting in at Cozy Cub.

It was a great few days for us to get away from home. The cabin was great and the area was perfect and so quiet for us both. I loved being able to hear the steam engine from Dollywood that just made it perfect, I love steam engines.

This was a perfect little cabin. It had everything we needed. It’s in a secluded little area right around the corner from the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The communication with the host was excellent, also. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place tucked away right off off the southside of the parkway. Excellent communication from the host and very easy to get in and out of. Perfect for 1 adult 2 kids or 2 adults 1 kid. Probably wouldnt recommend for anyone over 6'-6'2" as the clearance for the ceilings are low but again, awesome "tiny home" experienced in the always beautiful Smokey Mountains!

This place would’ve been perfect for two of us. It’s close to everything but off the strip enough to relax by a fire. Even though it’s small, it’s fully functional for even my tall husband. I wouldn’t say it sleeps 3 though. The loveseat does pull out but it’s not stable and my adult son slept on a love seat. It was not ideal. Even folded out whoever is upstairs can’t get down.

Comfy stay

Great comfy stay that is a cozy get away right off the strip but also in a secluded private area. The Host is also super nice and helpful and is nearby if you have any problems.

We LOVED it for the two of us. The home was clean and organized. It has a cozy hidden feel to it. Very close to the strip but the feel is that it’s far away when you’re inside!( We passed right by the racing mountain coaster, definitely recommend that place! ) The property manager and the lady that cleans it were amazing. Any issue we had was immediately addressed and handle with amazing service. A get away for two? This is your place! We use to rent out the bigger places because we thought that made the experience but truthfully having this cabin made this trip all the better.

We love that even-though our cabin is tiny, the parking around and the rest of the property can accommodate not only our guests, but also their "toys" and trailers. Jeep invasion is busy time in town, and it makes it that much nicer to have a quiet place off the strip, but be only 2 min away. Glad you enjoyed your stay, and we hope to host you again soon.

We had a great time! The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway! Since we were traveling with our dog, it was nice to be away from the craziness of the main road. The only downside for us was the front door doesn’t open very wide, which overall really isn’t a huge deal, it just made it a little difficult to get in and out with our stuff. Overall, definitely would recommend!

Small cabin stay

Great location in Pigeon Forge, close to everything. Cabin very clean and had all amenities needed. Secluded and quiet. The grass was grown up on gravel road so the road was very difficult to see and there was a big dip. The bed is in a loft area and the stairs were a little hard for us to navigate at night (we are older adults). All in all, pretty good stay.

We didnt stay super long as we had plans in town, but the stay was awesome! Straight forward. Will say if the vrbo app cant download pdfs, just open it un your web browser and youre good to go! 10/10 would stay again.

Relaxing in Pigeon Forge

We had a wonderful stay. This tiny home had everything we needed. Had initial trouble with getting in, but only because I hadn't checked VRBO prior to arrival, and then had no service when we arrived. Was able to get it figured out quickly.

Dear Melanie, Thank yo for your wonderful review. We love that our tiny house had everything you needed. It is always a good idea to save our check in instruction/ phone number before arriving. While the cell service is good for most carriers, we occasionally have guests that are unable to open the VRBO app after they arrive. We are always available if assistance is needed, and the cell service is getting better every year, so hopefully it won't be an issue in the future. Once you get in the house, our WIFI is strong and reliable, so that makes life easier. Thank you for staying in our house and we hope to have you come again soon!

Small but nice

We were looking for something with a walk in shower and dog friendly, and this one worked for us. It is small, but cute, and worked out great for the two of us. The location we enjoyed, as it wasn't far from any of the attractions we enjoy, yet it wasn't located on the main road. No problems with communicating with the owner, and everything went well with our check in. On our next annual trip to this area, we'll look to see if this one is available then.

We absolutely love the location of our cabin, mostly the fact that is tucked away in a nice quiet area, but only 2 min away from all the "fun" in Pigeon Forge, and 10 min from Gatlinburg. Glamorous shed stay

Exactly as advertised! Absolutely perfect location. Not as secluded as we thought, however we only saw one persn our entire stay. Which was great. Had everything we needed as far as towels, dishes, beding. The air-conditioning was a life saver, worked perfectly and we slept like babies. Highly recommend if you don't mind the tiny home living. Bonus the price was Great!

We have fallen in love with this tiny house as soon as we saw it. It has a unique floor plan and it feels very open and comfortable. We had just the perfect spot on our property for it and are glad that we can now share this little gem with our guests.

This house is unique in many ways. The location of it is as good as it gets when it comes to its proximity to Pigeon Forge Parkway. You can easily walk to all the attractions, yet, you are in surrounded by trees and wilderness in a secluded area with only one other house near by.

Tiny house with large personality- Cozy Cub is perfect for couples or friends that are looking for a fun unique getaway option and seek privacy. While our house qualifies as a "tiny house" it has a full size bathroom, full size kitchen and a queen bed bedroom loft with additional sleeping option in a full size sleeper sofa downstairs. You won't find another one like this.
