You can spend your days swimming and sunbathing, and your evenings outside on the balcony with cocktails, a homemade dinner, and a beautiful sunset view.

Pass through the entry hall to find an air-conditioned living space with tile floors, an open layout, and plentiful Florida sunshine streaming in through the many windows. The kitchen features sleek black countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a peninsula bar with stools for three, while the adjacent dining room table provides seating for six more guests. You can toss your damp swimsuits in the laundry closet in the hallway, sit down in the coastal breeze outside on the gulf-facing balcony, or kick back on the leather sofas in the living room to browse the free WiFi or find something fun to watch on the flatscreen TV. Each of the three bedrooms down the hall has its own flatscreen TV as well.

Great View, but Relocated

We were relocated after one night due to a broken water heater, but here is our overall review of the property: Pros: The view is beautiful, the beach access across the street is fantastic, the unit is large, and the beds and couches are comfortable. Cons: The main issue was the broken water heater. The plumber came out the next morning, was not able to fix it (it’s a 20 year old water heater), so we were relocated to a fabulous unit down the road. However, there were several other issues as well. Overall the unit is not well maintained. The laundry room door was broken, several floor tiles were broken, the hand towel rack in the hall bath kept falling off the wall, half the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, the coffee maker didn’t work and still had coffee grounds in it, and the floors were so dirty that my daughter’s feet were black after walking around barefoot for 10 minutes. Additionally, no dishwasher tablets were provided (only laundry), there were only 7 towels in the unit, and the listing does not mention that the third floor unit is a walk-up. Thankfully, Vacasa relocated us to a fabulous unit down the road for the remainder of our stay.

Bath tub problems

The house was clean. The hall bathroom tub was not draining well tub fill up during a shower so the family would not use it. We called and reported it but ño one ever showed up to fix it.

Good Location bad property

The location across from the beach is great and very easy to walk to. now on to the bad. 1. this property has two code locked doors. one for the lobby an one for the condo. we were never given the lobby code. we called and the vacassa team had to call the local team to get the code, the code includede the number 2, but the keypad was missing the 2 button so that code did not work. The vacassa/ property owner told us to stick a pen inside the electrical chip which sounds dangerous but still did not work. 1.5 hours after our initial check in time a local owner of another condo let us in. When we told vacassa about the issue they admitted they never gave us the lobby code and then stood by their statement that the 2 button could be use and should have been used. 2. no working deadbolt 3. the internet didnt work 4. the living room tv's cable did not work 5. some of the knives in the knife block were all dirty with old caked-on food. 6. the elevator did not work and going up three flights of stairs with beach stuff is no fun. 7. the blankets were all very thin so we brought our own up. 8. only 1 trash bag. 9. the lights in the shower were out. 10. if you have small kids you have to stay close to them on the balcony as the railing is plastic and very flimsy someone could easily break them and fall if enough force was applied. 11. when i booked the property through VRBO i didnt know that the property manager would not be communicating with me through VRBO's message center. I had to download another app called vacassa and from there i was able to get check in details and get a number to call and ask questions, i sent a few messages through VRBO that were never answered. we stayed another night but went to hotel.

Not as advertised…

The check in process was not organized and beware, you book through VRBO but then communicate through a vacation rental company (VACASA) that provides little to no help with issues that may arise. We were allowed an earlier check in time though when we arrived the door code provided didn’t work. We had to call three separate times and speak with three separate employees before we were given the right code to access the condo, this process in total took over and hour while we waited with our belongings with no where to dispose of them. There are amenities listed that were not available to us such as beach towels and extra linens. The condo itself was very nice and clean, but to be advertised as a listing for a large group the linens and toiletries were not adequate. We were a group of 9 and had to wash towels and washcloths every day due to small supply. We were only provided with two roles of toilet paper, there again, for a large group this wasn’t enough. The WiFi wasn’t good and there weren’t any batteries in any of the remotes to control the televisions in the condo. The location in relation to the beach access and attractions were good.

This place needs a deep cleaning!

Ok here are the things we had issues with. Contacting someone to address issues. Left a message 1 day before we left to see if we could check in early since we're paying for the whole day. Waiting to get in till 4 is a lil late. Well we got no response. Get to "house" and the code isn't set. Waiting longer now. got in and wifi didn't work. Called and said they would call and get it fixed. That never happened. This was listed under house but don't let that fool you. This isn't a house its a 3rd level apartment. This was very misleading. Then when we did get in and found out it was on the 3rd floor. We then found out that the elevator hasn't worked in forever and wasn't planned to be fixed. So all week we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs nothing ever mentioned about that. The grout on the floors were black from dirt. The grout in the master shower has black mold all over it! There were several lights out throughout the house. in the add it shows a garage but they will not let you use it so whatever you have has to sit out at night. Those were the major things. This place was priced way too high for all these issues.

Great girls trip!

We had a great time! This 3rd floor unit is so spacious and was very clean! We only had a few issues…you will need 2 codes to access the condo. We were only given the condo door code, not the lobby code. This issue was resolved as soon as I called management. The elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs to take all of our luggage & such inside. Also, there is parking for 2 vehicles but no access to the garage for storage. Otherwise our stay was awesome!! The view from the balcony was great as there is no obstructed view! Beach access directly across the street and not a crowded beach area because there are mostly homes in this area, not high rises. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Place to Stay

The location was perfect. It allowed us to walk to several places to eat. We were there to support some friends at ironman Florida. It is right on the run course, approximately 2.5 miles from the finish, which was perfect for us. It was a short drive to pier park. The checkin/checkout process was super easy and their was great communication ahead of time. The only thing to note is that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This was not a problem for our group but I can imagine that it would not work well for some. Overall, great place to stay. I would stay there again.

Overall it was a good stay…

Considering the neighborhood, it was a good stay. The only negative about the condo itself was that there were no quilts, blankets, or comforters in the entire condo…not even on the beds! Each bed had a sheet and decorative covering that was thinner than the sheet. Public beach access was right across the street so that was great! Good overall.

Disaster!!!

First of all the house is located on the third floor with no ELEVATOR as advertised! So if you have luggage, beach stuff and groceries you have to make 8000 trips up and down a narrow staircase. There is no storage for beach chairs, umbrellas or beach stuff downstairs so you have to cart everything every day up and down the stairs from the beach. My mom had knee surgery and she had to spend most of the time on the balcony or on the porch due to no elevator. The neighbors said the elevator hasn't worked in years so it was falsely advertised. The kitchen was filthy and the dishes, cookware and utensils were put away dirty so I had to spend our first night washing and cleaning. My son and his friend discovered the sheets on their bunk beds were dirty so I had to wash those as well. The house is also not a good place for children of any age as the neighbors on the second floor complained about the kids being "noisy" the entire time and they even threatened my son and his friends, who are 10 and we're just being kids. The hot water heater was also not working when we arrived and I had to spend hours on the phone trying to get someone with Vacasa to call me back and respond to the maintenance request. The house was nice and the beach access was close but would not stay here again.

Very Spacious Beware there is No Elevator

This unit was very spacious and accommodated my sisters and I. It was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. It was a struggle carrying luggage. One of my sisters recently had knee surgery so once she finally made it upstairs she stayed there for the remainder of the trip due to difficulty with the stairs. It was clean for the most part but found a bandaid in the master shower. There was a used soda in the guest closet. The laundry door was broken and the sheets were not cleaned on one of the bunkbeds. I was absolutely not satisfied with that. There are garages but you can’t park inside. The stairs hallway was hot and could use a paint job. The unit overall was nice and decorative. Small balcony but great view. The location is like mid way on the strip of front beach road. I enjoyed my stay but want stay again due to the stairs. Friendly neighbors as well.

Great location, housekeeping could do better

The positives- location is great! Super easy walk across the street to the beach. That was our favorite part. Also, nice short walk to a very cute coffee shop that had great food. As far as the condo, the elevator was out which we had read in previous reviews so not a huge deal because we expected it. However, the code we were given to get in did not work. After trying multiple times we called Vacasa and they were great with giving us other options but ultimately had to call the owner to get a new code. That took about 30 minutes but we finally got in. One of the toilets was not flushed, there was hair on the floor in the bathrooms, cigarette butts on the porch, microwave was dirty, dishes were not unloaded in the dishwasher and just overall not a super clean feeling upon arrival. You could tell the condo was used pretty hard. However, it was nicely decorated and furnishings were comfortable. I think if the housekeeping could have been improved, we would have had a more welcome arrival. For future, I would suggest a more detailed list of what is included in the rental listing would be helpful. There was only 1 trash bag, we ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom, etc. Overall, the stay was fine for the price, but I think it could have been much better if housekeeping and details of what is/is not provided would have been included.

Ok

It was a nice house my grandkids really enjoyed themselves really not much to do in the part we stayed in fir the kids but the worse was we stayed on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out we had kids 2. abuse our suitcase groceries just picture the trouble that was wS other then that they had fun good place to stay but i don’t think I willl again

Across street from beach

It was enough space for 7 adults 3 children. The main bedroom was spacious. The second bedroom had 4 full size bunk beds.3rd room queen bed. Also the chair reclined back. Washer dryer and everything you needed like home. Across the street from beach can sit on balcony and watch ocean. It's a 4 unit house.

very nice and convenient to the beach

The place was wonderful. The only complaint we had is that the elevator was out of service. We are a group of ladies that have vacationed at the beach for years. One of us has an auto immune disease as well as pulmonary problems... it was extremely difficult for her to walk up the three flights of stairs. It was a wonderful, spacious three bedroom condo!
