Enjoy a fabulous vacation in this luxuriously appointed Barrington Villa. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath offers phenomenal ocean views and is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. Enjoy a large community heated* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. This villa has it all with tennis, golf, bike riding, and the sand just a few steps away.

*POOL LEAK REPAIR 11/3- 1/31/26. WORK WILL INCLUDE CUTTING INTO THE POOL DECK AND RECOATING AS NEEDED. POOL AREA, GRILL, AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME. DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

* Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.

The view, loved the condo layout. Kitchen was a bit tight for 4 women to work in but we managed fairly well. Staff was a delight to deal with . Beds were very comfy. Wished there had been ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Overall loved our stay.

No pool or hot tub , no consideration

Our first day of 7 night stay the hot tub was padlocked and the pool was being drained empty . After contacting the property management company thru told us it would be fixed in a day , it was not . Our last day we called to get some sort of reimbursement and was only given back 3% of what we spent . They aren’t responsible for the pool therefore said they would see about getting us more and not to our surprise , never heard back from them . The whole reason we picked this was to enjoy and overlook a pool, not an empty pool and hot tub we couldn’t use

Wonderful view from the top floor

The online information provided an enticing view but the experience was even much greater! Plenty of space for our family of six. Access to the beach was very easy, though we did not have the correct code for the gate that leads to the beach - another renter provided us with the correct code (that was a minor inconvenience). Everything we requested (umbrellas and chairs) were present when we arrived. The process was easy and the experience was worth it. We had one issue upon arrival: we were not aware that the vehicles required a big yellow vehicle pass until we arrived at the "guard gate." the guard instructed us to go to the entrance turn-off security station for a vehicle pass; the security station did not find us in the "system" and told us to go to the rental agency. We barely made it before closing time to the rental agency, which was about 1.5 miles from the security entrance. The rental agency was kind and noted that they had not entered us into the "system." they entered us in and we went back to the security station and were then provided the vehicle passes which allowed us to get past the guard gate. This was a learning experience for our first visit; we hope this information will help educate future renters. Other than that initial major inconvenience (and slight scare due to the time of our arrival), the stay was wonderful. we hope to go there for a longer stay next year.

Great condo and location!

Everything was great. Beach is awesome. Pool was even pretty warm for November. Convenient parking. Well appointed condo. Spacious. Views are spectacular! Love it!

Excellent Accommodations

We stayed for a week and the condo was perfect. Enough room for our family. Clean and up to par with all descriptions. Loved watching the sun come up in the mornings over the ocean. Minor issue with the Keurig not working properly but not a show stopper. Overall, a great stay. We would definitely rent here again.

Overall great property. AC does not work great in the 2 small bedrooms but is awesome in the living room and master bedroom. Will rent this property again

Lots of issues with the condo

Pros-Location, top floor, beautiful view, pool and walking/bike paths. The recently remodeled bathrooms were beautiful. Cons-2 dripping showers which we did report to maintenance. The old and tired furniture in the family room, kitchen and bedrooms. Cheap and hard mattresses. Terribly uncomfortable. All couples commented on how poor they were. Air conditioner was broken our entire stay. Vacation rental company was good to work with us and refund a small amount of our money. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s, this is not one we will likely be returning to.

A Great Week in Hilton Head

We had a great stay here with two young children (ages 4 and 1). Upon arrival, we did complain about the cleanliness of the property. Right away, the Vacation Company sent a team to clean again and even left some gifts due to the initial issue. Their responsiveness and kindness was notable, and we had an excellent stay. Great beach access, nice pool...couldn't ask for more!

Beautiful property

Location is perfect. Few places in HHI have as good if an ocean view as this condo. Renovations to bathrooms and kitchen seemed to be recent. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break

The condo was wonderful for my family during our mini fall break. I would suggest that the master bathroom be updated and bigger!!!! Overall we had a wonderful time as the weather was perfect during our trip. We will be back.
