Had a great time at Bonnie’s house. Very clean and well decorated! The house is way nicer than the pictures show. The house is right next door to the golf course clubhouse. Talk about convenience for the two rounds of golf I played. Bonnie was quick to reply to any questions I had; there were zero issues encountered in my 5 night stay; would definitely return!!

We absolutely loved this property. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. The towels and linens were also a real bonus! We highly recommend a stay at this amazing space. Also being able to step out the door right onto the golf course is a great feature!

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was big enough for our family and the kids loved the air hockey table! Beautiful and spacious bedrooms! The pool was on the smaller end and we didn’t go in because we never saw any kids there and didn’t want to disrupt the peace haha…. Overall a great stay! The host was very responsive to any questions!

This home is located in a central location right off of Route 1. It has a great golf course and nice pool amenities that our family really enjoyed. We had an issue with the pool pass and the host immediately fixed the issue and was very receptive and responsive to any questions we had.

Great stay, exactly like the pictures and description

What you see is exactly what you get. It was a great space, clean and comfortable. Can comfortably sleep the number noted, everyone has their own space to be comfortable in. Loved all the outdoor options. The location can’t be beat, walking distance to grocery store, short ride to the beach and the community has a pool for the days you want to switch it up. Bonnie was easy to work with and very communicative. Hoping we can rent again next year.

The location was great, and overall this was a solid option for the weekend. The pool is a short drive away, which was a little inconvenient (especially with a toddler) but not a deal breaker. The golf crowd wasn’t too distracting, though the large tree in the back does block the view of the course and hangs over the deck quite a bit, which made eating outside less enjoyable. Hot water took a while to reach some areas of the house, but that’s understandable in a larger property. Inside could use a deeper clean and a few updates, but overall it met our needs and worked well for our stay.

Vert comfortable

This was exactly as it appeared on the listing. Very comfortable and perfect location. We spent a lot of time on Lewes Beach and the little town and it was so easy to get to and from this location even on a busy holiday weekend. We also went to Rehobeth one night to Funland and that area and it was also a very easy drive. I would highly recommend to anyone. The host answers messages in what feels like minutes, she is very attentive and helpful. We only used the pool once, but it was lovely. My husband and son in law played golf a few times and loved it.

Great location, cleanliness, responsive by host, listing accuracy, super easy check in/out process..

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious with large rooms overall. The linens and towels were a great bonus! It was clean. The location was awesome we literally drove to different areas/beaches each day to explore which were only few min drives depending on traffic! The pool was nice (someone told us they recently updated it) so it was very clean. one thing I learned tho that pool is not within reasonable walking distance so our 15 yr old couldnt walk down or go himself to ensure safety. but not a big deal we would just drive down to it. Would definetly stay here again. Also host was very quick to respond to my messages!

Okay, but won’t return.

House was not very clean upon arrival. Had to vacuum the entire house when we got there, the garbage disposal was blocked and not working, so had to fix that as well. Contacted the owner and got ZERO response. House definitely needs a lot of updating. Sinks were clogged, towels were left in the dryer, the pantry was full of random stuff. Spices were outdated by 8 to 10 years, towels were on their last leg. Nothing certainly that couldn’t be overlooked, but when charged $150 cleaning fee I expect the place to be reasonably clean. Definitely had higher expectations based on the charge for the week.

Clean townhome, right next to the par nice golf course clubhouse, not connected directly to the rest of the community which is adjacent to pool. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and 15 minutes to several beaches.

Our host, Bonnie, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire booking process easy. The rental itself was very spacious and conveniently located near many of the area's attractions. The community pool was one of the highlights of our stay—it was beautiful, very clean, incredibly relaxing, and only a short drive from the rental. One thing to keep in mind is that this rental is spread across three stories with approximately 32 steps, so it may not be the best option for anyone with mobility concerns or who has difficulty with stairs. The rental is also located directly next to the golf course clubhouse. While the location is convenient, we could hear golfers and activity early each morning. Our only real disappointment was the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. We had hoped it would have been cleaned more thoroughly. This seems to be an issue with the cleaning company rather than the host, and we hope they do a better job for Bonnie in the future because she was fantastic to work with.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated Bonnie's hospitality.
