Welcome to Bonita Springs, FL! Our home is 15m from RSW Airport, 5m from Barefoot beach, and just a short bike ride from Historic Downtown Bonita Springs. Within a 10 minute radius there are fantastic restaurants, shopping galore and the most beautiful beaches Florida has to offer. In the housing complex the pools are crystal clear, the sun is hot and there are 2 gyms just waiting for you to burn off that extra energy. Our 2nd floor condo is perfect for your long stay, from the time you walk in the door, you feel welcomed home! 3 Bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms full of everything you will need to get good rest while visiting the sunshine state! In the home you will find large tables for that family meal or after hours mingling..Surrounded by Floridian decor, the living-room is very inviting with high ceilings, cable tv and sliding doors that lead to the lanai. The screened in lanai looks out to the nature preserve, a bird watchers dream. The pictures don’t do this home justice- Come be our guest!

Every applicant will need to pass our HOA background check before securing rental. $150 application fee

A month in paradise

The property was more beautiful than we had hoped. We loved the two salt water pools and were engaged with the neighborhood pickle ball group. We loved our month at this property.

Beautiful condo in Bonita Springs.

The photos do not do this lovely condominium justice. It is far larger than the photos show, comfortable and absolutely immaculate. The beds we’re comfortable and the unit is completely furnished with every amenity necessary to enjoy a long stay. I was worried I’d feel uncomfortable with my husband back ans forth from home, but I felt extremely safe and happy. We had one small problem with the washonf machine and Jeffery took care of ot immediately. The neighborhood is beautiful and neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I love how easily I coupd get to friends in Naples and Ft Myers. The airport is so close, so when family visited we weren’t on the road forever retrieving them. Bomita Springs is a charming area of Florida where I found one of my favorite beaches- Barefoot Beach!

Sunny, Warm Winter Paradise

From the moment we walked in the door, until we pulled out of the driveway two months later, our stay was absolutely perfect.Everything, and I mean, E-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g was taken care of for us. Comfy beds with lots of extra sheets, more towels (bath and beach) than we could have ever used. All the necessaries, such as dishes, glass wear, washer, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen goods, laundry soap, dishwash tabs, all paper goods, were furnished. The condo is so much larger than the pictures describe. And so comfy! We could stretch out on the couches to watch Super Bowl, or relax on lanai, with gurgling water fall and rope lights...all with or w/o overhead fan on. Perfect place to do yoga in the mornings and enjoy a glass (or two!) of wine in the evenings. It was hard to leave this summer paradise. Host checked in to make sure everything was OK, gave us recommendations on restaurants, beaches, things to do.Perfect location. Loved the community and all the neighbors. Played pickleball three mornings a week with greatest group of people. Fabulous courts. Bicycled to pool and all thru n'hood. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.We definitely want to return to this paradise again and again!

Wonderful stay in Paradise

The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was very kind and available for any questions we had. We appreciated the cheerful Florida theme Christmas decorations we were greeted with as our stay was Dec/Jan .... The condo was very spacious with a beautiful lanai my husband enjoyed working in during our stay. Both pools were great and we took advantage of two gyms to work out as well. Friday’s food truck at the pool was a nice treat for picking up fresh catch fish for a delicious home cooked dinner. The location was also great close to beaches restaurants and my favorite pickleball, I played at both the YMCA and Veterans Naples park We got lucky with perfect weather every day...,, Overall wonderful stay in Paridise 😊
