Beautiful Penthouse Condo with Ocean View

Welcome to your home away from home in Aguada! We are located on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Here you will experience views of the ocean or tropical foliage in every room!

Inside: The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinner ware, and kitchen appliances. The kitchen has a coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, and microwave along with a stove/oven and refrigerator. We offer two bedrooms and two living spaces each equipped with air conditioner units. A queen size air mattress is stored in the bedroom closet for extra sleeping options. We offer high-speed internet, a 50" TV with Roku, in-unit washing machine/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler bag for your beach outings. In addition, the complex offers a back-up power generator and water cistern.

The terrace is large and has plenty of seating to enjoy the fresh air off the ocean. The main floor patio is covered and has a small table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee.

Outside: A community pool with covered gazebo area is yours to relax and enjoy the awesome weather and ocean breezes as well as on-site showers and restrooms. Table Rock Beach is known for its surfing and is located outside the security gate. You can walk in either direction on the sandy beach as you look for sea glass or in search of sea creatures or just enjoying the beautiful blue ocean. Our condo is less than 20 minutes to Rincon, the surfing capital, with tons of restaurants and famous beaches to enjoy. It is also 15 minutes to Aguadilla which also boasts awesome beaches, restaurants and shopping. The closest airport is 20 minutes away in Aguadilla (BQN) or approximately 2-2.5 hours to the San Jan airport (SJU).

Booking this rental (or any vacation property in Puerto Rico) means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities.

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful time at Erica place. She was quick to respond and provide answers to our questions. The views are awesome and so many small things provided. Her place will be one of the first we look up next time we vacation in Puerto Rico. Thanks again

Sunshine, Water and Relative Quietness

The property is accurately described in the listing. Furnished as described. It was wonderful having lush jungle and palm trees, iguanas, and birds right outside the bedroom windows.

Wow! An Amazing Find.

My family and I loved our stay at Table Rock! The location felt quiet, private, and secure. The unit has incredible ocean views and multiple private outdoor spaces for enjoying those views. It was clean, well-furnished, and communication from the property owner/manager was great. It felt too good to be true that a place as nice as this was within our budget. It was definitely the highlight our stays in Puerto Rico. I wished we had planned less activities just so we could just hang out and enjoy the incredible space.

Very central made it easy to get back and fourth to the fun.

It was really nice location. Mrs. Heddings was very accommodating and was always proactive about making sure we had a comfortable trip.
