Whether you're planning a romantic beach getaway, a weekend with family, or a relaxing trip to the coast, this comfortable lower-level apartment offers a convenient home base for exploring everything the area has to offer.

The apartment is located on the basement/lower level of the home and has its own private entrance.

The bedroom includes 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds, making the space comfortable for couples, friends, or a small family.

You'll also have a large private bathroom and your own control of the central air conditioning.

**Important Things to Know Before Booking

This is a NON-SMOKING home.

The apartment is located in the basement/lower level of the home. There are 5 steps from ground level down to the private entrance. Please see the photos for a visual of the stairs and entrance.

The two owners live on the upper floor of the home. They have a quiet and friendly dog.

Cooking is not permitted. A microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker are provided for your convenience.

Bikes are not provided, although the nearby trails are easily accessible.

Minimum stay: A 2 and 3-night minimum is required.

The property is excellent. It is a lot bigger than the pictures show. Plenty of room and very quiet, comfortable and well maintained. We brought our bikes and there is a very nice trail leading to Lewes and downtown Rehobeth only a block away. The owner is responsive and easy to del with. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for my husband & I, and our 2 small kiddos! Quang was quick to respond after I noticed the toaster was missing, and he brought me a brand new one within 30 minutes! Space seemed larger than I imagined from the pictures, and large outdoor space as well!

Host was very responsive with all needs prior to arrival. Sent great instructions on check in and out. Property was very clean. Directions to trail would be helpful but we also didnt ask while there due to heat wave!! Close to anything you could want. Highly recommend!

Great place

We stayed here for a long weekend and it worked out great! Location was perfect to get to all the beaches and boardwalk. Met the host as we were leaving one day, he made sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

Place is clean, spacious and just minutes from the beach. Had a slight issue with the coffee maker that was immediately resolved by host. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay again.
