Boardwalk condo is the perfect place to go for any kind of beachgoer. If you consider yourself a beach bum, then this place is ideal. This 3-level Condo sits on the Santa Rosa Sound has fantastic Sunrise & Sunset waterfront views from all 3 levels.
Step off your deck onto the beautiful white beach. So close to the water; you could go fishing from one of your 3 decks! If you enjoy walking the Gulf Shores and the world's whitest beach, a quick four-minute walk from your deck puts you in the Gulf of Mexico.
If you enjoy dining and shopping, this condo is a easy walk to Peg Legs restaurant, tiki bar and a simple bike ride or free trolly ride to the beach's core with all the shops, restaurants and bars you need!
Downstairs is a well-equipped open kitchen with bar and bar stools. The comfortable living room has a Smart TV. Bring your account numbers! The dining room table has seating for 6.
Lounge on the beach, pool or fishing pier. It's a great place for you to relax and unwind while watching the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever lay your eyes upon.

Welcome New Friends and Family to our Home Away from Home. We have lived here at Boardwalk since 1988. We survived several Hurricanes and many beautiful Sunsets. Mom and Dad were married here in 1992 and my brother and I were born and fortunate to be raised here on this beautiful white sandy beach.
This year is the first year renting out our home. Please be kind to her. We welcome you to come and enjoy our beautiful home located on one of the top 10 beaches in the US. Please gather your new memories and leave only your foot prints.
Boardwalk Condominiums is a neighborhood and home community shared with half the population being year around residents and half rentals. Please be respectful to our neighbors and surrounding guests.
We want to make sure your stay is worthwhile and a great experience. If we can assist with any of your needs, questions or recommendations please feel free to give one of us a call.
