Experience St. Simons Island like a local in this bright 2-bedroom condo, just a 2-minute walk from the heart of the Village and Mallery Street. Recently purchased with new king bed, new linens, new paint throughout.

Saint Simons is an iconic beach town that our family has enjoyed for over 10 years. We have decided to rent our Sweet Magnolia condo for others to enjoy. Every ammenity we can think of should be available, even two parking spots.

LAYOUT: Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom featuring a brand-new king bed, closet, coastal feel and Smart TV, along with the second bedroom and full bath. The nautical themed second bedroom offers twin beds and a TV—perfect for kids or friends traveling together.

Downstairs, enjoy a comfortable living area, sofa, large TV, full kitchen, along with a second half bathroom for added convenience. The condo is equipped with air conditioning and heating throughout to keep you comfortable year-round.

The home is well stocked to make your stay easy and enjoyable, including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a private patio, dedicated parking space, and a fully equipped kitchen with typical appliances, blender, toaster oven, Keurig, traditional coffee makers, and more.

LOCATION: Magnolia & Mallery. For children, enjoy the public pool with slides, Neptune playground, the library, and sweet shops just a few minutes’ walk down Mallery towards the SSI Pier. A block from the condo, you’ll find the St. Simons Island Pickleball Courts, a dog park, tennis courts, bkb and a second playground - all located just behind Magnolia Avenue.

Step outside to your private patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation—and yes, dogs are welcome, so your furry family members can join the fun!

Whether you’re unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the nearby shops and restaurants, this charming condo offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and island style. You’re sure to make wonderful memories during your stay.

My husband, son and I stayed here for five days over Spring Break and it is 5 stars for what it is and for the location, cleanliness and host communication (Rose was amazing) but for us, it was a little smaller than we expected (mostly the kitchen where I cooked Easter dinner). Based on photos, it looked a little larger and given the fact that it was a middle unit, it was darker than we like due to only having windows on the front and back. Other than those items which are probably just things that apply to us, because we are super picky, it was Great! The a/c worked wonderfully, beds were comfy, water pressure was amazing and plenty of hot water. She even provided toiletries in the bathroom, beach chairs, beach towels and plenty of coffee - both loose and pods. You cannot get a better location - right next to Frosty's so quick walking distance to the pier, shops on the square and restaurants. Also, close to many beach parking areas. We rented a golf cart and it worked out perfectly for us as well. There was a parking spot for our car and golf cart. it was also very quiet, we never heard a sound inside our unit and we all slept like babies. I recommend this unit for a couple or a small family.
