Charming and perfectly located, this coastal cottage is a hidden gem! Stephanie’s place was ideal for our end-of-summer getaway. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, everyone enjoyed plenty of room and no waiting after a long day in the sun. Just minutes from the beach, shops, and great dining, it’s thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Don’t miss the chance to stay at this adorable and convenient seaside retreat!

Excellent, as always!

My friends and I have stayed at this property multiple times and it is always a delight. The house has everything you could need-even bicycles!- and the location is so convenient. The hosts are quick to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!!

This is a great house. There are a number of beach chairs, several bikes and coolers, and all kinds of other things to be used at the beach. We were able to drive to a public beach access in about 3 minutes. The house is clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this house!

Purple door house

Location is great, close to everything. House was perfect for what we were looking for. Bikes and beach chairs were nice to have and backyard was great for grilling and hanging out. certainly would stay here again.

Second Time at this Great Property

It is a great property with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which allows everyone their privacy. We have enjoyed both stays and can see the continuous upgrades the owners have made. Extremely easy to work with, providing timely info in advance and while you are there. We look forward to returning.

St. Simons Visit

This is a very nice place to stay. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and has everything you may need. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, historic sites, and shopping. The owners were easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place to stay!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location. It's close to beach and the village. The house is spacious, clean, and well kept. Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath. The owners are very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Place!

The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Even though we only needed two of the bedrooms, it has 3 very nice rooms with a bathroom in each. The location was amazing and communication with the owners was great. We are looking forward to our next visit! Wonderful rental and a wonderful Island to explore.

I HAVE stayed at this location several times with my family, of 6 and my spouse. Each time we visit it's truly an invite to come back. The owners are the most considerate people who make your visit comfortable. My spouse and I are preparing to return for our 50th anniversary. we love this location for our family.

Great location

The layout of the house makes it very comfortable for everyone- 3 bedrooms with each having a full bath. Nice kitchen and living area for cooking, relaxing, board games and family time. The location is great especially if a golf cart is rented. if not, the bikes are provided and are in great shape. we hope to return.

Coming over the bridge onto St Simons Island is like passing through a country gate into a beautiful hidden garden. This gem of an island is full of friendly people, quaint shops, an appreciation for art, excellent food, and fun for the entire family. You'll feel the relaxed island vibe as soon as you cross over. We bought this property in 1997 and have just recently decided to make it available for rent.
