Welcome to your dream beachfront escape at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach! This stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is perched on the 10th floor of Tower 1, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Overall we were happy with the condo. We were on the 10th floor, the views were amazing. The only negative was the guest bathroom. The tub is old and needs replacing. Housekeeping needs to do a better job on cleaning the bathroom. The toilet was dirty. Check in was a breeze. Contacted Kim one time and received a prompt reply. We will definitely rent from Kim again.

My family have stayed in many condos in PCB and this was the nicest one. Judging by the high quality of the furniture and décor, I would assume that the owners spend a lot of time here. We will definitely stay here again!

Great space for families with teens!

Great location for grocery store and restaurants, our favorite is Pineapple Willys! Also a cute little coffee shop, Sunrise. Loved that my 3 girls had a large room to share for the week and the parents had there own large suite as well!

The Ocean Front Condo has some truly amazing qualities. The ocean views are absolutely stunning, and waking up to that view every morning was the highlight of our stay. The condo is spacious, with two large bedrooms and plenty of room for a family or group. Being on the 10th floor was not an issue at all, in fact, it made the views even better.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the beds completely overshadowed an otherwise beautiful property. When we checked the beds, we found hair left behind from previous guests. It was honestly disgusting. No one wants to wonder if they're sleeping in sheets that weren't changed before their arrival.For a property charging around **500 per night**, providing clean, freshly changed bed linens is the absolute minimum guests should expect. Failing to do so feels like a serious lapse in housekeeping and an insult to customers paying premium rates.This condo has the potential to be an excellent place to stay because of its location, breathtaking views, and spacious layout. However, management needs to make cleanliness a top priority. Beautiful views can't make up for concerns about basic hygiene.

A Great Stay at the Beach!

Great view! The condo was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. This is a great location as many restaurants were close by and fun shopping. We loved the hot tub and choice of pools. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed a fun and relaxing week.

Long Beach Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at the property owned by Kim’s Condos. It was in beautiful condition, clean, had all the utensils and everything we need in the kitchen, and the view from both bedrooms and from the living room was wonderful as you can see right straight to the ocean. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

The condo was better than advertised. Very clean, well furnished and the views from every room were GREAT. Received our information packet from the security gate when we arrived and this gave us all the infor we needed for a seamless check in.
