THIS UNIT'S BALCONY HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND IS OPEN

Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)

Don't wait for elevators! The warm Florida sun and cool ocean breeze awaits you at this two bedroom, two bath unit in tower 1, 1st floor. Tower 1 is the closest tower to the infamous Pineapple Willy's!

Enjoy this spacious, 1400 square feet condo with its beautiful tropical decor and floor to ceiling ocean views from every room, or step out onto your huge private balcony to watch the dolphins play along 1300 feet of sugar white beach. This condominium has a king-size bed in the master, and two queen-size beds in the guest bedroom. All linens are high count Egyptian cotton, which feel wonderful after a day in the Florida sun! Both bedrooms have TV's as well as the living room and each bathroom has double vanities with marble countertops, large marble garden tubs, both tubs have showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for a quick lunch or a full course meal. Long Beach Resort is conveniently located near all the great restaurants, amusement parks and shopping. Super Walmart is across the street! There is a huge, 6500 square feet lagoon pool with islands and waterfalls, 3 whirlpool spas, two seasonally heated polynesian pools, a seasonal poolside bar and grill, two lighted tennis courts, on-site jet ski/umbrella chair rental, and 24 hour security and gated access.

We knew when we booked the condo that construction was going on so we really didn’t get to enjoy the balcony due to the workers being outside. But other than that we enjoyed our stay. Both tubs in the bathrooms need to be updated or add grab bars for safety. The beds and living room furniture was comfy. The kitchen seemed to have most items you would need to cook meals.

Very nice and spacious. The tubs can use a little updating! Rarely a wait for an elevator and parking is spacious and doesn’t have far walk to get to your vehicle. All in all, very nice property!

Beautiful

This condo was wonder, no complaints on anything. The location was great . Kim was awesome to deal with on checking in. I will stay here anytime we go to Panama City . Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

Best Location

We LOVED the location of not only the property but the condo itself. You are just steps away from the pool and beach with beautiful views. The condo is very spacious and set up nicely because the bedrooms are on opposite ends so you are not right up under each other. The property and room needs some updates but that did not take away from our trip. We had the best time and will definitely be back!!

Perfect location

We had an amazing time and loved the condo. Everything was as listed. Loved that beach chairs were included, just be prepared for them to be picked up at 4:30 pm. The cleaners could do a more thorough job, there was hair in the bathtubs and sand on the floors, but nothing that I couldn't take care of rather quickly. Great location, great communication, and great time was had by all. Will stay again!

Short Get Away

The location was okay, a little closer to all the “partying” than I would have liked to be. This was no fault of this condo owner or resort, it was mainly at the next condo building over. I will say security at this resort was fantastic! They monitored who was coming and going, checking for bracelets and car tags, etc. so I very much appreciated that. The condo itself was decent. Furnishings were nice but the building itself is dated. The big balcony and swimming pool right on the beach were wonderful! Housekeeping could do a little better. Overall, we would stay again as long as it was not at spring break. All communication with the owner was great!

Property location amazing ! BUT.....

However ..... older building and unit is very dated and need of some immediate repairs and for sure updates to the unit. It's a lot of little (and not expensive) things that should be corrected. Caulk around tubs, counter tops , stains on ceilings, baseboard molding, and painting doors, such as front entrance and laundry room. I realize its a rental, but people renting should not have to notice routine maintenance is not a priority.

Perfect location & would come back

The condo was located on the first floor, directly by the stairs and access to the beach. For location alone, I would definitely return! It was as described and very spacious. Living room area was comfy and nice, and porch was extra big, overlooking all the action. Checking was easy! The condo could use a few things if you’re picky, though: - not very clean, the cleaning service appears to take some short cuts - the kitchen supplies were pretty lacking; for example, there were only 4 spoons - old lights in kitchen have a lot of dead bugs visible - guest bathroom needs toilet paper holder & hand towel rack… and the old tub should probably be replaced soon - lighting in guest bathroom & bedroom needs updating for older eyes For our visit, the HOA was apparently renovating the fitness room, so it was closed. According to workers, it had been closed several weeks which would have affected my booking this place, but that was not disclosed. I realize the owner cannot control this, but fitness rooms are important for many of us. I want to reiterate, though, that we enjoyed our stay as we are not super picky and tried to spend most of our time on the beach. If that’s what you’re going for too, then you’ll be very happy with the location. (There were no reviews at the time of my booking, so I assume it was recently purchased and repairs might happen over time. Our guests were two teenage girls, a mom, and a grandmother if that gives you any perspective.)
