1-Bedroom Apartment in Annecy

T2 of 40m, refurbished in 2022, on the 1st floor with elevator,
A 10-minute walk from the lake and the train station. All amenities are nearby: bakery, supermarket, ... Everything can be done on foot! even the bus and a "spot" of Vélonécy, the city's electric bike available for rent, are located at the foot of the accommodation.
Accommodation, non-smoking, fully equipped for 2 to 4 people:
1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed
1 sofa bed in the living room, 135x190 (suitable for two small people or children)
The kitchen is open to the living room
1 oven, gas hobs and 1 microwave
1 refrigerator
1 toaster, 1 kettle and 1 coffee maker
1 washing machine
Bathroom with shower
TV and HDMI cable

Pets are not allowed.

Upon arrival, you will find the bed(s) prepared. Towels are provided.
The apartment does not have reserved parking. A few spaces at the back of the building are sometimes available, only for unloading.
Our apartment is ideally located to leave the car outside,
However, parking is possible in the nearby streets, some are not charged, and others, paid during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays, or the open parking lot of the Romans is located 200 m away.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 pm to 8 pm.
After 8 p.m., an additional €20 will be required.

If the accommodations are available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodations are not picked up the same evening.
To leave your suitcases until the train departs, we recommend the "Casebook" luggage storage located in the Bonlieu centre.

PLEASE NOTE that for 2026, façade restoration work is underway. The small balcony is therefore no longer accessible.
