Seasonal rental beginning November 2025 - 3 month minimum stay.
This Single-family ranch has a clean, open living space, fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen & private pool. There are 5 local restaurants on the water just minutes away. Within walking distance is Port Richey's Waterfront Park which is great for kids, fishing, and bird watching. This house is centrally located 25 min from Weeki Wachee Springs state park, 16 min from Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks or 45 min to Clearwater Beach.

Great house for our annual Non-moms week. Walking distance to restaurants and lots of room for 7 women. Sue was easy to deal with even past midnight when we got locked out.

The property was nice. But the tiny bugs were horrible came home with alot of bites that itch horribly. I hope she gets something to prevent them or will have to find another place to stay next year. I really love staying there but not the bugs.

Nice getaway

We stayed here with our kids for a few nights. We had a really good time. My kids loved the pool. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near this house. Highly recommend!

Haus so vorgefunden wie beschrieben, solide gebaut und stimmungsvoll eingerichtet. Ein, zwei Schönheitsreparaturen sind fällig, aber wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt und den Urlaub gestartet. Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was a hit! So nice to be able to relax every day in the pool. The availability of fishing was perfect for My grandson. Great location. Got to visit favorite places from years ago when I went to visit my parents.

Home from home

We had the best time in New Port Rickey. Villa was perfect for us, location was very central, we could walk to shops/restaurants and it was also easy to get around by car. We had slight issues with pool cleaning which the owner tried to sort out as soon as we mentioned them and when it was sorted it was the icing on the cake for us in the villa. I hope to return again in a couple of years if the owner would have us back. Communication with her was so easy, check in to the villa was easy, everything you needed was an available.

The property was great the only problem was the noseeums. Biting tiny nats so bad you couldn't enjoy the evenings by the pool we toughed it out but it was horrible.

Located in safe, quiet neighborhood right on the water! Stores nearby. Home was immaculate & so comfortable. Plenty of room for our family was able to gather to visit, play board games. I spent most of my stay in the pool.

House with pool

The house is conveniently, located near grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. The house was very clean. The pool was really nice but we were unable to enjoy it as it was a cold snap in Florida at that time. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Sue is very easy to work with.

Perfect family stay

This property was perfect for our stay, we were able to have local family over for dinner and pool time for the grandkids. So relaxing, very clean & spacious. The area had so many things to do , great beaches, restaurants. Sunrise at the Lanai room was beautiful each morning. Thank to Sue, the host, she was so available and helpful as well.
