The Space:
The Centrale of the island of Ré offers you this new villa, accommodating up to 8 people, ideally located between the beach and the shops of Bois-Plage.
Close to the cycle paths, the villa is 500 metres from the popular beach of Petit Sergent.
It is 700m from shops, the market and the town centre.
The house is comfortable and has a living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.
Parking available for 2 vehicles (and street parking possible), with an electric vehicle charging point.

Spacious living area open to the terrace and swimming pool.
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a beautiful view of the swimming pool as well.
Covered outdoor summer kitchen with a separate toilet.
Master Bedroom 1 consisting of a double bed 160x200 with private bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 2 consisting of a double bed 140x190.
Bedroom 3 consisting of 2 single beds 80x200 that can be brought together to make a double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 4 ANNEX consisting of a double bed 140x190 with direct access to the terrace and pool.

The house has an air conditioning system.
The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The effective water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of swimming pools.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our home.
Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré in the best possible conditions!

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is not included.
The security deposit of an amount of £2,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
