Our home is located in Seagrove, within biking distance of Seaside & Watercolor to the west & the Big Chill, Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

We’re excited to share our “new new” with you! We’ve just finished a major update to Cool Water Beach, with new floors throughout, and new furniture in the Dining and Living Rooms, featuring pieces hand crafted by local furniture artisan, Brett Martin and accessories from 30a's favorite interior design firm, Tracery Interiors. We invite you to relax in the Primary Bedroom where we have just installed all new furniture, and outfitted the bed with the fluffiest pillows and crisp white Belgian linen bedding - just waiting to engage you in an afternoon nap. We’ve updated our living room sound system to SONOS surround sound, with a soundbar, subwoofer and speakers so you can watch Top Gun and feel like you're in Miramar. Outside, we've replaced the wood decking with TREX (much more comfy for your feet)!

Let the sounds of the gulf serenade you during the day and lull you to sleep in the evenings at Cool Water beach. This GULF FRONT, hidden gem was fully renovated in 2017 (with a major update this spring) to provide you and your family and friends a little piece of heaven for your next beach trip.

Cool Water Beach is a 2bdr, 2.5ba townhome that sleeps 5 comfortably. Upstairs features a spacious master bedroom with a brand-new king bed and ensuite bath, and a private deck with two captain’s chairs that provide a bird’s eye view of the dolphins swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf - Bring your binoculars! The guest room features a new queen bed with a single bunk and adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms have large closets.

For the chef in your group, Cool Water Beach offers a well-equipped full kitchen, and showcases stunning Vetrazzo recycled sea glass countertops and all the amenities that you're used to at home:

The dining area seats 6 and also seats 3 at the counter overlooking the kitchen. The living area features a brand new large sofa, two uber comfortable swivel chairs, a 55” smart TV with SONOS Surround Sound. A powder room is also located on this floor.

Just off the living area is a large, private deck with a bar height table for your sunset cocktail enjoyment, as well as 2 chaise lounges for your sunning comfort.

Down the stairs and 36 steps away (we counted!) is one of the finest public beach accesses in Walton County. For a small fee, you will have access to our secured beach closet, which is stocked with everything you need to make your beach days a breeze:
- 4 brand new professional beach set up chairs and umbrella
- 4 brand new Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs
- Boogie Boards
- Sand Toys
- Spikeball, Tidalball, Ladder Toss, Pro Kadima
- Cooler
- Beach wagon to carry it all in

There's also an outdoor shower for your post beach day rinse off.

The first floor offers covered parking with interior stairs, for use in case of inclement weather, as well as a secure laundry room for use by Cool Water Beach guests only.

Cool Water Beach has a keyless entry, smart thermostat, Netflix and cable on the downstairs and master bedroom TVs, and, if you must work on vacation, we have the fastest wi-fi in the building!

You will find all our favorites in the Cool Water Beach Welcome Information Package that will be sent when you make your reservation. We also share extensive information on shopping, boating, fishing, hiking, trail riding, and other activities. Bike rentals are also available and just a few blocks away.
