Perfect Gem in Great Area

Our family of four fit so comfortably in this condo. The owner was very easy to work with. The private beach was a great feature and the condo is close to and walkable for shops and golf.

Another fantastic beach holiday

This was our second time staying at Katie’s condo in Beachside 1 of the Sandestin complex. Just like last time, we had a magical time. The condo is perfectly situated with an incredibly beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the spacious 11th floor balcony. The place was immaculate and well appointed. The hostess was very communicative, accommodating, and quick to reply. We definitely plan to return. Highly recommended!

Spring Break with teens

Wonderful stay of 4 nights over our March spring break. Two adults two teens. Place is perfect! Very clean, comfortable! Balcony and view out bedroom is gorgeous. Even with 60s temp, great stay! Walked the beach each morning and evening. Heated pool and hot tub were fantastic and empty every late morning! Beach is so clean, not crowded, and the water is gorgeous! Four beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodle, soccer & volleyballs available.

Perfect family getaway!

The condo is spacious and charming with breathtaking views of the beach! It was the perfect size for our family of four. Our kids (ages 2 and 6) loved time on the private beach and in the pool. Location is convenient to lots of great restaurants and entertainment options. Owners provided great recommendations and always responded promptly to my questions. My husband and I sat on the balcony every night after the kids went to bed and enjoyed the peacefulness. Also fun to watch flashlights dot the beach as people searched for crabs after dark. Lovely condo! Wonderful vacation!

A Beautiful, Refreshing Week

We loved Katie & Brian’s place! It was perfect for us. The ocean-front balcony was such a delight for reading in the morning while listening to the waves, feeling the fresh air, and enjoying the spectacular view. The beach is just steps away from the elevator door. The condo was immaculate and precisely as described. Nice new decor, comfortably firm beds, well appointed kitchen, spacious living room. Katie was very clear and timely in all her communication. We look forward to our next stay!

Spectacular views!!

Katie is the best host ever! Available and quick to respond for everything. Easy check in and out in a gated community. Great stocked property with fantastic amenities We came before Christmas walked on the beach daily weather in the 50s. We swam in the heated pool and were in the hot tub multiple times a day. Grocery store across the street...tons of restraints and shopping galore! Highway 30A was a fun way to spend our cloudy day. Can't say enough about this place! The views are spectacular, perfect for our family of 4! Can't wait to come back😊

Another fabulous week at SanDestin

Great stay!

The condo was perfect! One of my favorite properties we've ever booked through vrbo. Katie was so attentive and checked in on us during our stay. The master has an amazing view of the ocean and the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Despite being a high-rise, the location was quiet and we never waited long for elevators. The pool area and beach were very clean. The fact that the beach is secured for guests only helped tremendously. Note that the exercise facility within the resort says included on the resort site, but it's $35 for the week, however the gym at the condo was perfect and not busy at all, so the larger one wasn't needed anyway (: Wonderful stay!

Our beach condo stay

This beautiful condo was the perfect setting and location right on the beach. It was a very positive experience from the time we checked in until we left to go home. All of our expectations were met. Our host Katie was awesome throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying at this wonderful place.

Great Place to hang with the fam

Really nice property with direct beach access no long walks or shuttles. Incredible views from balcony. We even spotted some dolphins from our room. Highly recommend.

Lovely beach condo with fantastic view

My husband and my sister and husband thoroughly enjoyed this well maintained condo. The beach and water were gorgeous and the beach was private, only Beachside1 renters were allowed to use it. The pool and grilling area was wonderful. Loved to walk around Sandestin property. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent!

Nothing but great things to say about this property! Being on the 11th floor provides breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. The condo was very clean and we felt right at home. Katie was very responsive to the few questions that we texted her about. We will definitely be back!

There is nothing quite like the sugar-sand beaches and clear emerald waters this area has to offer. The views from this condo are endless and mesmerizing. We cannot get over the view from this condo! The ocean brings a sense of relaxation like nothing else. And, Sandestin is a well maintained gated golf and beach community with many options for entertainment. We like how it's close to the fun activities in Destin and then just a short drive to the scenic 30A as well.
