Phenomenal view from a very bright and comfortable condominium. Everything in the building is beautiful and very well maintained. The pictures don’t really capture the beauty and feeling of the place.

The host was great and very quick response time, took care of everything we needed and was exceptional communication. Not to mention how great the view is, and how nice the patio chairs are. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was also a very clean unit compared to some of the others we have stayed in at High Point in the past. My only recommendation is to do laminate flooring instead of the tile. We had two free beach chairs/ service for the week as well. Highly recommend and we will be back next year!

Perfect location overlooking the gulf. Amazing sunsets, beach chairs and umbrella was provided . On the same property as Crabby Steve’s. Walking distance to Rosemary & Alys beach. Live entertainment nightly across the street at Peddlers Pavillon. Everything you need in one location. Pickleball courts, pool and hottub. The condo was a perfect fit for our family. Great memories made. We will be back!

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. Beautiful view from the patio & close access to the beach. Walking distance to beautiful Rosemary Beach shopping & restaurants. Property managers checked in frequently to make sure everything was great. Loved it!

Fun family beach vacation

First time staying in 30A and we will be back. This condo had stunning views. Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants were a short walk from the condo. We will be back!

Wonderful beachfront location

We enjoyed a 4 night stay over the holiday weekend with my parents. The condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf and is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. The condo is nicely decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. The check-in and check-out process is easy with instructions sent via email. We had some problems with the internet service at the condo and the 30-A management team was easy to communicate with via text and worked to fix the problem. NOTE: If you have Verizon cell service you will have trouble with your service. They only have 4G in the Rosemary Beach area and we struggled to get a connection in the condo and on the beach in the immediate area. From the condo, it's a quick stroll down the boardwalk to the beach through Crabby Steve's, the complex's beach side restaurant. We had a nice dinner there our last night. The Mahi fish sandwiches we had were fresh and tasty. I highly recommend eating early (before noon) or later in the day to avoid long wait times from the due to the beach crowd who keep it jumping during the heart of the day. There are other nice dining options, both upscale and casual, directly across and just down the street to the east. We enjoyed a tasty Mexican dinner at a restaurant directly across from the complex and then grabbed ice cream from another store and ate it while enjoying music in the plaza. We are already planning another stay!

Condo on the Gulf

Great place to stay , on the gulf , walking distance/ biking to shopes and restaurants.Very clean , renovations front of condo finishing up . Our view of gulf unobstructed.

Location Location Location

Situated between Alys and Rosemary Beaches, High Pointe’s location can’t be beat. Restaurants and shopping are only short walks away. The condo has a large master bedroom and fairly large second bedroom. The kitchen is somewhat small but was plenty big for us. It opens onto the dining and living areas. The balcony provides wonderful views of the beach. Generally, there is only a single row of umbrellas and chairs on High Pointe’s beach, which is a BIG plus. There were a few negatives. The throw pillows on the master bed were dingy and one had a large brown stain. The bathroom mats were gray and appeared dirty in spots. There were hairs that appeared to have been swept into the comers of the bathroom, and the shower drain was full of hair. These issues bring the overall cleanliness rating down a bit. Overall, though, the positives (and especially the location) outweigh the negatives and I would recommend.

5 day trip for my wife and I

Property was dirty. Pool was closed entire time and no one advised us of closure although they did offer 20% discount. Microwave malfunctioned but was quickly fixed by maintenance. Second bath shower handle came off of wall and we had to replace. Very disappointed in place and management. We would not have rented this had we known pool was closed for maintenance. Feel as though we were scammed. And no choice but to accept 20% discount. Would not use them again.

Great location for families

Overall was a nice property and great location. Very convenient (pool, beach, Crabby Steve's, restaurants across street) for our family with young kids. Beds were comfortable! Unit itself needs a deep clean (fans dusted, washer had mold, grout is black, etc). Playground could use some maintenance as well (lots of ants and weeds else we would have used more).

Fabulous Condo!

Fantastic location & condo is beautifully furnished! Very soothing & comfy decor & very spacious for just a 2 BR. Well stocked with essentials too for people flying in. We didn’t save luggage room for beach towels so had to purchase during our stay but other than that the condo was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Check out is very easy too, so the 9 AM checkout time is no big deal. Definitely plan on returning to this condo!!

Amazing view!

Such an incredible property with the BEST view! Parking is easy and super close! A short elevator trip takes you to the condo on the second floor. The view is stunning, you can see and hear the waves perfectly! The walk to both the pool and the beach is so short. Nicely stocked, we did end up buying laundry soap to do laundry. If you think you will cook a lot, I would also buy dishwasher tabs and dish soap, as only 2 dish tabs are provided. The beds were comfortable and our family of five had plenty of room. The only thing that I wished they would of had was some sort of security lock/chain lock from the inside. The master bedroom is located in the back of the condo with a nice view, but the other bedroom, where the kids slept, is at the front of the condo by the door. As a parent of young kiddos, it would of been more reassuring to have the extra security. That being said, we had no problems and felt safe and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

WONDERFUL VIEW!

We absolutely LOVED your condo and the ocean view! The unit was newly renovated, super clean and in a perfect location. We did have an issue getting into the gate and also had the battery die in the door entry but the management was super responsive and accommodating to resolve those issues. We will certainly want to book again next year! Thank you!

Showing Wear and Tear

Unit has numerous area rugs throughout that look really worn with edges turned upwards and very easy to slip and fall on. Housekeeping had not done a very thorough job of cleaning prior to our arrival (especially in kitchen area) and internet was down and was not repaired for four days during our stay. Mattresses in second bedroom were very uncomfortable.
