If you're wondering what kind of rustic space could really help you enjoy a gorgeous view of the Smokies, you've found it! This condo looks right at the park with views from the built-in bed and the inviting deck all wrapped in a look straight out of a magazine. This is a perfect getaway for two, as you'll have nooks to relax and not think of your routine at home. A fully stocked kitchenette is available. If you want more than 2 people, please understand the reality of sharing 400 SF for more than 2 people as you'll have to love them through thick and thin in all situations!

You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a studio condo designed for 2-4 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies. It is located on the 2nd of 3 floors. The space features one queen built-in bed and one sleeper sofa.
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
