Topside Getaway * 2BR Condo family pools wifi

Front row seats to the bear show! Relax and unwind staring at the beautiful trees on top of Ski Mountain above Gatlinburg. This condo has 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep (1 queen, 2 single beds). The living room and bedrooms each have a TV! You can cook meals in the fully stocked kitchenette.

You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a two bedroom condo designed for 4 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies.
It is located on the 2nd of 3 floors.
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

We host several units at this complex available for families and groups. Please take a look at all our listings here and in the area. Discounts available for multiple bookings, just send us a note.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
*** Free 7 day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay!

My family loved it the layout was nice the two bathrooms two bedrooms and really a plus with a bathroom in the master bedroom the bathroom just wasn't screamed in but it was really great we had a great time and we would stay there again

Great condo, we found everything we needed in there. Very easu check in and check out. The communication was great. Driving up and down the mountain was fun. Probably tricky if it snows... we had a great stay and a wonderful fall weather. The indoor pools are right next to the condo but the chemicals were way off. There shoud not be foam in the whirlpool and the water in the other pool was cloudy but with the amount of people that get in and out of it probably not much you can do. The outdoor pool is heated and looked much cleaner! The condo was great the only minor thing is there is no mountain view from the balcony it faces the trees and you can not see anything else other than trees... other buildings had mountain view. But you can always walk accross the parking lot to enjoy sunrise and the mountain view! The location is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed it very much.

Perfect for a family of four!

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. My family was able to enjoy our downtime and able to make our food sometimes when we didn’t feel like going down the mountain to a restaurant. Very nicely located to the National Park.

Cozy place with everything you need.

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and cozy. The only complaint is that the indoor pool and hot tubs were closed. When I asked the property manager if the pools were open, they told me yes. However, only the outdoor pool was open not the indoor pool. I would like to stay at this resort again when the indoor pool and hot tubs are open.

Topside getaway

The condo was very nice other than the kitchen being very small so we didn’t even use it. The drive up the mountain was definitely not my cup of tea. I read a few reviews but in my excitement I booked it immediately. But later I begin to read views one that stuck out about the drive up to the condo that it was not for the faint of heart along with more reviews talking about the drive up to the condo so I called the next day after booking expressing my fears of going up very high up the mountain, sharp turns, and fact it doesn’t have a lot of guard rails. I spoke to someone that assured me it was fine. It was not fine we would have to hurry and be back at the condo before dark and we excluded any activities we would have done at night do to the roads. I have terrible anxiety and this made it an all time high and stressed me to the point I didn’t enjoy myself like I should have. So if you have a fear of heights this is not for you I wish I would have read all reviews before hand lesson learned.

Holy Mountain Top

There was a stain on the rug in the living room that looked like puke. The description of the drive up the mountain could have been something like.... You will travel a road that is for two vehicles but appears to be the size for one. There are no guard rails and the turns and sharp and scary. It takes a long time to go up and down the mountain. It felt like we were at the very tippy top of the mountain. This could have been laid out a bit better in the description of the property. Hosts would not refund my money or provide a partial refund of any kind. I was deathly afraid to drive on the road to the place therefore didn't come back after day one and rented a hotel instead! They were not accommodating to my feelings or the amount of stress this put on me and my family. The kitchen is small and old looking. Beds in the 2nd bedroom are hard as rocks, and the shower in the master bathroom barely worked. I was not happy with this at all. The pictures never showed the roads that would be traveled on.

Great place to stay!

This condo was a great place to stay for our trip. It's quiet & cozy. Well stocked with everything. The owners communicate really well and respond quickly. I would recommend this rental and would definitely use this group again.

We had a great time on our trip to the Smokey Mountains. Our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. The condo was clean and well stocked with the essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views & Family Friendly

This is our first time staying up the mountain and we definitely weren’t disappointed. The condo was perfectly set up for our family with 2 teenage girls and my husband and me. They had their own space and bathroom and so did we. The views were amazing and we saw so much wildlife including a mama bear & her three Cubs right under our balcony on the last day. There’s no need to bring any essentials such as towels, toilet paper, sheets, kitchen stuff or even hairdryers. I was so surprised most vacation rentals we’ve gotten don’t supply things like that. I highly recommend this rental if you don’t mind a scenic drive up the mountain it’s well worth it. You’ll get a nice quiet place to relax and unwind while spending quality time with your family.
