Experience stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains from our 1-bedroom condo (King bed).

Renovated in July 2022, located in Deer Ridge Resort. Check-in: 4 pm EST, Check-out: 10 am EST.

Enjoy indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room year-round, with access to 3 outdoor pools (open Memorial Day - Labor Day). Other amenities include Playground, Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Ping Pong Table, Sun bathing Deck and Walking Trail....all only steps from the condo.

Welcome to the quaint village of Cobbly Nob! Located just outside of Gatlinburg, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to enjoy it all - Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Rocky Top Sports World, Anakeesta, Pigeon Forge and so much more!

We are so excited to share our condo with you!

Sweeping 180 degree views from the balcony of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park - check out the photos (they are the actual views from the condo!)

The condo was completely renovated in July 2022 – butcher block countertops, all new furnishings, new shower, wood burning fireplace, 2 flat screen TVs, puzzles and games for the family and much more!

- Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED

Please note: access to this lower-level unit requires descending 6 steps to a landing, then an additional 6 steps. The condo is about 650 total square feet.

There are several outdoor charcoal grills spread through the resort property for your use. Personal grills and gas grills are not allowed (due to forest fire concerns).

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included with the property, daily maid service is not available. We do provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and 2 K Cups. There is a coin operated laundry on site.

Please note: mountain roads can be challenging, especially in inclement weather. While well-maintained, four-wheel drive is recommended during adverse conditions.

Nice little condo overlooking the mountains. We didn't spend a whole lot of time there, but the bed and couch were comfortable and it was quiet. Would recommend staying here.

Would not be a choice I would make again. No one at the service desk the my complete trip, the pool and other amenities are out dated and not well maintained. Hostess was prompt in responses that part was the best.

We had a wonderful two-night midweek getaway just outside of Gatlinburg on East Parkway. The weekday timing was perfect, allowing us to enjoy a much quieter and more peaceful experience away from the heavy weekend crowds. The location offered a serene setting, yet gave my wife and me incredibly quick, hassle-free access to the national park trails and downtown dining.The condo itself was very cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing couple's retreat. It provided a warm, inviting atmosphere and served as the perfect, calm base camp for our Smoky Mountain adventures.We would definitely recommend this spot to any couple looking for a convenient, scenic, and relaxing weekday escape near Gatlinburg!

Very beautiful, cosy, and clean rental. The deck is amazing with high chairs to take in all the beauty without railings blocking your view. We highly recommend!

The view from the unit was truly stunning with unobstructed views of the mountains. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We would have preferred lower chairs with a small table on the patio.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was cute and cozy. The balcony views were amazing and we even got to see a bear while enjoying the pool and hot tub. We were located around everything we had planned to do. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future.
